With COVID-19 going on now, the food truck rally has stuck around, but with a few changes. They now feature four different food trucks four nights a week on a rotational schedule. I read that Ba-NOM-a-NOM was out this past week and had to go satisfy my craving. I ordered the original (frozen banana turned into a smooth ice cream-like consistency) and added warm peanut butter and vegan chocolate chips. This is a completely guilt-free treat, albeit a little pricey and slightly guilty for my wallet, but I'm more than happy to support the small businesses that I know and love during this tough time. They offer a multitude of other flavors like watermelon, mango, strawberry banana and possibly others, but again, I've found what I love and stick with what works.
