The so-called decorator, Navi, stopped picking up calls and responding to messages. On the day of the event, they completely ruined our plans by not showing up and not responding at all. No decoration was done, leaving us in a bind. This business is a scam on Facebook Marketplace and Instagram. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have received no response to this day. Avoid at all costs to prevent them from spoiling your special occasions!

After over 20 phone calls and multiple text msgs she never replied. We ended up waiting almost 2 hrs and still no reply from her. We ended up taking everything down ourselves and had to leave her things behind the building as we couldn't leave it inside and we had to leave the venue. She still didn't reply until the next after afternoon. To save yourself from the frustration and inconvenience it could cause I would say book at your own risk. I personally would not use her again.
