We ordered a beautiful two-tier cake for our engagement party in Toronto, and it was truly exceptional. Days later, we're still enjoying it and remarking on how delicious it remains. The top tier was red velvet, and the bottom was vanilla fudge (which my fiancé absolutely loves!) The cake was so good that we're turning the leftovers into cake pops just to keep enjoying it. Walked in assuming I could buy a vegan birthday cake, but I was wrong. They only have eggless cakes in stock and vegan need to be pre-ordered. The new store inside is classy and clean. Many multicoloured iMacs for the associates. The young associate I interacted with spoke so fast that it was hard to comprehend what she talked about and asked her to repeat several times. The mask doesn't help as well. Picked up an in-stock Pineapple Cake and a container of two small slices of what looked like Black Forest cake. The pineapple cake was liked and appreciated by all. The icing was specially mentioned as it wasn't too sweet. The vegan cake slices were a disappointment. The cake was too dry and I didn't enjoy a bit. I ordered a cupcake (pull-apart) cake for my niece's first birthday. I requested a modified version of something they had on their website and sent a photo of what I'd like the cake to resemble. They requested that I call and we discussed what I wanted. Friendly service and easy to place an order. I loved the way the design came out but the edges were very messy - I did expect the outer edges of the cupcakes to be covered entirely or at least be neatly finished. I ordered half chocolate and half vanilla. The vanilla cupcakes were good but the chocolate ones were not a hit. They lacked flavour, colour, and were maybe slightly undercooked, guests noticed a too-moist squishy texture while eating. I might order again but I'll avoid the chocolate. read more

This has to be the best spot in town for egg free birthday/wedding cakes. I discovered this spot randomly on google and tried it out. First we order my brothers birthday cake and then we continuously used this place for all birthday cakes. The cake was so tasty and the designs were fairly good. There are so many toppings to choose from. We could add strawberries and even pineapple. Since not everyone likes pineapple in the cake we were able to spilt the cake into two and have half with pineapple and half regular vanilla. Which worked out for us. I would recommend this place for all birthday cakes especially for egg free. read more

Amazing service and i really like the way they decorate the cakes and designs. I ordered the cake for my cousin's birthday last week. The cake was so delicious and everyone was asking about the bakery. I really recommend to all my fellows to go there and have some delicious cakes on their occasions. I called them to inform this and all I received was "won't happen again" I mean is this how you treat your customers? You guys take high prices for a cake and this is your customer service? I have ordered my daughter's birthday cake through online order, I felt that my money went absolutely waste and my daughter felt sad once we cut the cake after she discovered the Barbie doll was half body so she can't play with it . Honestly, this place is a complete rip-off. I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday in their store in Brampton. The design I picked was off of a dummy displayed in store. Not once was I told that they couldn't replicate the design or the colour on the dummy. Instead, I was assured that the cake would look just like the one in display. It was a lie. The cake was hideous with colours that didn't go together. Okay. I guess mistakes can be made. Me and my sister decided to return the cake because honestly, it was ugly. We were told that the cake can't be returned but the girls in the store offered to redo the cream on the cake. We waited almost 45 minutes to finally receive the cake again with light design change but not much improvement. We then asked for a refund and were told that that wasn't possible because and I quote, "The staff and the owner liked the cake." I was stumped. First, they false advertised a product they couldn't deliver and now they were legit justifying it by "we like it." Well that's good! The only problem is you aren't the one paying for it. It's my money that is going to waste here because no way in hell was I taking that cake to my mom's birthday. Call me insane but I did pay good money for that cake and I expect to receive what I was promised and not some below average cake I could have brought at a grocery store for 10 bucks.I talked to the owner and she admitted that they 'changed the colours' on the cake. That what they had advertised on the dummy couldn't be made by them and then offered us the ugly cake and store credit. We told her that we don't want either since this will be our last visit to the store. We just need our money back so we could get out of there and buy a cake for our mother's birthday. Never once did they offer a resolution that was beneficial to the customer but expected me to bear the cost of their mistake. This is my last visit to this bakery. From my experience, I would advise everyone against this place because god forbid you have an issue with the product, your concerns wouldn't be of any consequence to the owner. read more

Bought a chocolate birthday cake for my son. Cake looked very nice, was decorated well. It looks great in photographs. Cream/icing tasted good. The actual cake was only ok, not very chocolaty and was a lighter brown colour than normal chocolate cakes. I hear the vanilla cakes here are much better. I might try that next time if I need an eggless cake. All in all a functional birthday cake for people that don't care too much about eating cake. read more

I've been a customer of Rashmi's Bakery for quite a while now. Since we don't eat eggs this is a perfect solution for us. Their cakes are very good, we ordered our wedding cake from them and it was spectacular. Very beautiful and they built it exactly as we asked. I love their brownies they are the best egg and nut free brownie you will be able to find. Not the biggest fan of their patties but to each its own. I would definitely recommend them for their cakes and brownies! read more
