For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).

They then tried to return to our home for a "necessary second look", to which I refused and informed them they could not enter home without a replacement. They only reversed their stance, apologized, and fast-tracked a replacement after I filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney. The fridge has adjustable feet. I checked the tile floor in all directions and everything was level. He then told both of us, "This is how this is going to go." I then told him "This is the way it's going to go!" I told him to get out of our house after being abusive to both of use. We called AC to let them know what just happened & request another service tech. They refused. We noticed the fridge was not cooling below 40. I adjusted temp to the lowest setting of 33/freezer 0. Still could not get it below 40. We paid an additional $209 for 5 yr warranty from AC. DO NOT believe you will get this $$$ back if you don't use it. They lied several years ago for one we bought. They made an excuse they had changed insurance companies and could no longer honor being refunded. AC Mgr Mike Kelly called and got nasty with me and stated they would not replace nor send someone out to fix these two problems. He told me to get a lawyer. Nice. Steer clear of this place. Look at their reviews. Update: It's unfortunate that this business wastes so much time to lie and make excuses instead of spending a few minutes taking care of customers. I'm sorry your incompetent tech did not have time to put a 2x4 behind the fridge as a fix like he insisted on, without even looking at the problem. The freezer is fine, delivery was fine. The range and refrigerator delivery was ridiculous. Instead of showing up by 5 pm as promised, the two deliverymen came to my house at 10:30 pm on a Friday night! Whoever heard of such a thing! By the time they left it was 11:30 and they still had to drive back to Detroit. So whoever does the delivery scheduling has no idea what they are doing! The bigger issue is that whoever from the store that packed up the burner caps, grill plate and grills, had thrown everything into a plastic bag and every piece of metal got scratched. I had to request replacements for everything. In addition, the refrigerator handle to the bottom freezer had a big dent in the center, and so did the range handle. I requested replacements for everything. It took forever to get them! The burner caps, grill plate, grills and refrigerator handles took about two months to come in. Unfortunately, the refrigerator handle was stainless steel instead of brushed steel like the original was. The range handle took 10 months to get a replacement and that was only after I visited the store and bugged the manager literally every 3-4 weeks during that time. I did receive some compensation back, however, the entire hassle was not worth it. I will not return to ABC Warehouse, ever!

No big deal but when I went to use the washer it did not drain. I tried every cycle BEFORE I called them. When I did call I was told someone would be out to repair the issue. No one showed up. I kept calling since the washer was the most expensive in the store AND I was still having to go to the laundry mat. They finally send someone after 2 and a half weeks. He "fixes" it and still the washer does not drain. Now I call back the very next day and they take my information again, promise to send someone out and DON'T SHOW UP! I have been getting the same song and dance from them for 2 months. I finally go up to "Quality" last night 4/24/24 and speak directly to a salesman who has write my information, which after all these calls should be on ever paper in that building, down and promises to put a replacement washer on the truck last night and head over to my house with that and swap them out if he can't fix the original one. I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.
