What I wasn't told was that they assumed I would have the exact same house (no need for additional sensors) and that I would have to re-install the (now incomplete/worthless) system myself. They actually suggested I post an ad on craigslist to find some random person to come install my security system. I was told they would send me additional sensors (which they didn't) and help me find a reputable company to professionally install their system for me (also didn't happen). They refuse to let me out of their 4 year contract which I am still paying for monthly even though I am unable to use their service. This company lacks integrity, professionalism and basic customer support.

I…read morecancelled with ADT directly shortly after install- as ADT is who I was paying monthly and who would maintain the system- and I moved to a more modern monitoring service. ADT did not charge me for closing the account as I did it within their cancellation time limit. Never heard from Safe Haven after they signed me up and installed ADT's service, until they wanted their pound of flesh over six months after cancelling directly with ADT. In that one and only email interaction, they threatened to send me to their outside collection agency. That's probably typical language with any request for funds but considering they couldn't contact me in a timely manner nor at any other time, it's neither a great look nor feeling. Avoid.

I will keep bothering them until someone cleans this up, because first of all I do not appreciate someone invading my space at clearly the wrong address, and secondly creating a mess. I deal with enough messes to clean up and cleaning up another one is not going to happen.
