Aggressive, deceitful sales staff will harass new homewowners and stuff your mailbox with flyers. They blatantly lied to me and told me that all of my equipment would be free, then ADT charged me over 2 grand for that equipment. They lie about their contracts and what they say and do not give you sufficient time to read anything over. Company signs you up for a different company's service (in my case ADT). They're a middle man. I cancelled with ADT directly shortly after install- as ADT is who I was paying monthly and who would maintain the system- and I moved to a more modern monitoring service. ADT did not charge me for closing the account as I did it within their cancellation time limit. Never heard from Safe Haven after they signed me up and installed ADT's service, until they wanted their pound of flesh over six months after cancelling directly with ADT. In that one and only email interaction, they threatened to send me to their outside collection agency. That's probably typical language with any request for funds but considering they couldn't contact me in a timely manner nor at any other time, it's neither a great look nor feeling. Avoid. read more

I would like to report that I am very I pleased with my technician services. I have someone from Omaha Nebraska. Who no call no showed on the date of 19 May 2022. And now is showing up to until camera at 6pm at night on a Saturday evening when he was suppose to be there at 3pm. This is service is extremely unprofessional. read more

Someone from this company in Omaha left a flyer on my door attached with a sticker, and when peeled, it left a whole lot of residue/mess on my door. I verified it was real with the information given. The flyer was for a "new homeowner". I am not a new homeowner. I don't have time to clean this up. It is not my responsibility. So I contacted mysafehaven.com with images of their mess requesting the person who had time to mar my door come back out and clean my door off, and no one has come back out to clean this up yet. I will keep bothering them until someone cleans this up, because first of all I do not appreciate someone invading my space at clearly the wrong address, and secondly creating a mess. I deal with enough messes to clean up and cleaning up another one is not going to happen. Had safe haven install security system. The guy was super pushy and installed way more than I had initially wanted! I had the equipment uninstalled within the 3 days.... a year later collections is calling because they never paid the $1250 for the equipment I DONT HAVE!! I wish that I would have read the reviews first!!!! System is super slow and and at times unresponsive. Tech came out and verified its not my internet or anything on my end so I called and talked to the cancelation specialist. Very Bad Business. They over charged us on our auto bank pay to the point of over drafting on our account. When we went to cancel our contract back in July, they never cancelled it, said it would cost over $1000 to do so. Our bank has them on stop payment because of all the fraud over billing they did to our account. ADT sales representative showed up at our residence without an appointment. Aggressive sales tactics: wouldn't take no for an answer. Then returned to our residence, trespassed on personal property, and took an old ADT sign from our bushes that was left from the previous home owner.
