She then said they couldn't get the part until the end of the week and the earliest they could do an appt was IN ONE WEEK. Not acceptable. The only good thing was that she was very pleasant on the phone. Sadly, "pleasant" doesn't get my refrigerator fixed. If that's the best they can do, I cannot recommend All Appliance Repair. The refrigerator is less than 4 years old. Pretty sure parts are still available. Very frustrating.

On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.
