OH MY GOD YOU MUST CHECK OUT THIS SHOWROOM!…read more Echo Systems is incredible. I've never seen a home theater company quite like it. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.

I cannot say enough about his attention to detail, his quickness in always getting back to me and his overall good nature of working with a non-tech person like me, making sure I understand all that was being done at the time. Tim, the tech person I also have worked with is another great guy who is always professional and patient with me--ready to give me his valued opinion on all the myriad questions I shoot at him. Recently I worked with Reed and was once again was not disappointed in his helpful explanations. You can't go wrong in using this company as they are one of a kind when it comes to service and overall satisfaction. Sadly, nowadays, that is the exception. Trish B.

The measure of a business is not how they treat…read morecomplaint-free customers or customers that "Love Them", but how they treat customers who may be a little less trusting, a little more inquisitive, need a little more hand holding, or who may be a little more difficult than the others. This company seems to operate on the premise *******believe what we say and ask no questions. If you do ask questions, that means you are a bad customer.******* The problem with this twisted ideology is a customer asking questions and sometimes doubting is a common occurrence in all facets of business transactions. Sellhorst should understand that REPEAT customers or long-term customers have already established trust. NEW customers have NO basis to gauge their trustworthiness and therefore may be doubtful, inquisitive, and less trusting like me. When is the last time you, or anyone you know, walked into a dealership and trusted EVERYTHING the salesman said because after all, they were the HOMETOWN dealership and they would NEVER be deceitful? How ludicrous is the notion but that is how this business came across when I called to express a few concerns after the install. Luckily, all was resolved but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Price = Cheap Equipment = Excellent Smartphone Technology = Excellent Customer Service = Meh I've experienced better. I will report back and possibly upgrade the stars after having their service for another 2-3 months. I met the owner and saw his security detail from the window :-) . Would I recommend this company. Yes. However, if you are someone who doesn't blindly trust, I recommend you explore your options before making a decision.
