I've also always been impressed with the sales rep giving us reasonable guidance/estimates instead of just upselling us on every product/service they offer. Recently, we installed a pool in our backyard and wanted a security camera for safety and liability reasons. I called on a Monday, had our rep visit for an estimate/consult on a Tuesday, and by that following Friday had John out for the install. John was professional: he left the space clean, he explained how to work our new equipment/the app, even showed us a few other things we could do with our system, and was so sweet/understanding in dealing with our puppy (who just wanted to follow John everywhere!)
