First impression, awful, and it was all downhill after that. I was escorted to what I thought was a very sophisticated and pricey X-ray machine, then had a vey very quick exam, and even quicker cleaning which I felt not very clean. Mind you I was charged extra because it was a "periodontal cleaning". I have insurance which is supposed to cover cleaning and X-Rays, still I paid over 200 out of pocked. I still got a bill for more money this week. I guess that based on the great Yelp reviews, they had an off day. I will be requesting my very expensive X-rays and will be back on the hunt for a new Dentist. My gosh, it is so hard to find a good place.

I showed up for the appointment today, and the receptionist told me there was no record of it. Not just for today--there was no appointment under my name at all. Clearly something went wrong on their end. They apologized and asked if I could come back at 10:30, but my schedule is packed with meetings and I can't rearrange things on the spot. I understand mistakes happen, but as a first impression, this wasn't great. I needed reliability, and they couldn't deliver it. I'll be looking for another office that's better organized.
