My appointment was on a Saturday, I walked in 5 minutes before and the receptionist was having lunch at her desk, Chipotle and the whole dental office smelled like onions. -Gross and off putting, in my opinion that was highly unprofessional. First impression, awful, and it was all downhill after that. I was escorted to what I thought was a very sophisticated and pricey X-ray machine, then had a vey very quick exam, and even quicker cleaning which I felt not very clean. Mind you I was charged extra because it was a "periodontal cleaning". I have insurance which is supposed to cover cleaning and X-Rays, still I paid over 200 out of pocked. I still got a bill for more money this week. I guess that based on the great Yelp reviews, they had an off day. I will be requesting my very expensive X-rays and will be back on the hunt for a new Dentist. My gosh, it is so hard to find a good place. read more

I turned to Nice Teeth Dental for my dental needs when my previous Dentist retired. I heard positive vibes about them, read some of their reviews. Still didn't know what to expect. Office is small, so is parking lot. Pricing seems pricey up front for the various tests and deep cleaning for teeth. Yep. Everyone is friendly but I'm not here to make friends. I just followed their lead, did what I was instructed to do. There's a bunch of high tech dental equipment i didn't comprehend. In the end my teeth would be saved without root canals and implants if i didn't want them. Tests and tooth were in $200 range, teeth gum therapy in $240 range. Got 15% discount both times. So far so good. Will see next year how many teeth I have left and how many cavities. I left one dentist cause he had a fetish about pulling teeth & subtly asking if I wanted implants.. read more

FLASHBACK: I had taken my mother 5 years ago bc she needed her dentures fixed & they were great working with her as senior--patient & kind. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistant & doctor. FAST FORWARD: My mother now 89 years old with dementia needed a tooth checked out (I thought it might be infected). I called to make an appointment & luckily got one for the following day. I explained my mom's condition & they were so reassuring that they could work with her. I brought her in & everyone at the front desk was so welcoming. I was able to stay with her and the dental assistant spoke Spanish which helped put my mom at ease. The tooth was infected & within 2 hours they had examined her, extracted to tooth and sent her denture off to get adjusted. We picked up the denture the following day--quick turn around. I have been going to Nice Teeth Dental for many years. I come here for my regular cleanings and deep cleanings - I also bring my grandma here for her dental appointments as well. They are a small office that is a bit hidden / off to the side that may be easily missed and they have a shared parking lot as well, which makes it easier. The staff at the front desk are usually always friendly and welcoming when you walk-in. I feel like overall everyone here is pretty friendly during my appointments, as well as my grandma's appointments and they are pretty accommodating, as they always let me sit in the room with her to help translate. I usually go with the hygienist they assign me with / who is available. I had Nikki a couple times as my hygienist and she is my favorite and I enjoy talking to her during my appointments, as she is friendly, funny, and personable. The only downside is how difficult it is to get an appointment here, I waited on their cancellation waitlist for more than 6 - 8 months for an appointment, which is not that convenient. read more

I found nice teeth dental. They are up-to-date with their technology, they're clean, they seem to have Advanced technology. I enjoy it, and it's only seven minutes away from my house. The members are very nice and friendly. The front desk doesn't stress me out sometimes when you go to the office the front desk people are not the nicest but these people are really nice. The dentist is also a nice person and will come and talk to you about your teeth plans if you have any issues. Excellent service from all the staff here especially at their front desk. Really love their digital technology where almost everything is paperless, and great for the environment. Love Dr. Evelyn. She is so calming and really explains every detail. Brian was also amazing and explained the procedures. I also love their hi-tech gadgets like their 360 machine and 3D teeth X-rays. Nice Teeth is cutting edge and love that they are integrating the latest technology to help their patients like me, get the best care possible. Best of all, and this is totally new for me and really appreciated this the most from Nice Teeth, they tell you upfront the total cost of your visit before any procedure. I'd been coming to Nice Teeth Dental regularly when I lived in San Leandro (~3 years) and really liked my experience. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful. They work with you to find cleaning appointments around a busy work schedule and anything else you have going on. Melon at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling my appointments and taking my calls when I needed to reschedule. The name of my usual hygienist is slipping my mind right now, but she was wonderful. She always remembered what I had going on in life and checked in on things during my next visit which was so sweet. We recently moved to the other side of the East Bay, so sadly I've had to switch clinics but I will always recommend Nice Teeth Dental to folks who live in the area! read more
