He then today told me that it was almost 3 months, but when I pointed out to him on a calendar that it was barely 2 months, he told me it was from where and tear on the HDMI port. I think it was very mediocre work done the first time causing it to have another issue. He should have fixed it again for free or at least half price and didn't. My recommendation is to steer clear. I think he does Shawty work so that you have to come back to him because he claims he has a warranty buyer beware.

The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. We redid our bathroom from 1958 (originally pink and green). We looked at several places for marble…read morecountertops. Colonial Marble has a gigantic warehouse with the most extensive and beautiful selection of marble slabs of at least 4 places we visited. The difficulty was deciding on which one to choose. After selecting a beautiful slab they helped us pick out the nicest part for the vanity top and the shower bench. They also made suggestions about how to use the rest of the slab, for example for window sills and thresholds, that we hadn't thought of. Our project ended up being behind schedule by 6 months but they never charged any "storage fees" or other annoying charges. When we were ready for the marble, a very professional guy came out and measured with a laser device. The measurements were accurate and the bull nose edge as well as the rest of the work was precise and looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

They will say if you didn't see the damage being done they cannot believe you. If they had to fix all the damages their installers do they will be out of business. The installer did a terrible job caulking. They had to send someone out to fix the caulking. My kitchen floor was scratched and my cabniet finish was taken off in one corner. The quartz countertop is nice. The second caulking job is better but I still have damage to my floor and cabniet.
