He told me $55 for a new battery and he could do it right then and it would only take 15-20 minutes. Considering the Apple store requires leaving your phone and costs more I gave it a shot. The place was on a major road and easy to find and true to his word, the job was done in less than 15 minutes. In addition, he replaced my rear facing camera for just $30 and now my phone is as good as new. Our challenges started with pieces that were not cut to spec and had to be returned. Shoddy work on the edges and finishes compounded our frustration. Pieces were installed crooked and had to be fixed by our contractors. Add in poor communication from the sales and customer service teams and it's obvious Colonial does not care about their customers. I will choose someone who does next time.
