Great store! Great Selection and prices seem decent!…read more So I bought a house recently and boy are we out of our league! The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs... So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!

Bob at the service desk set out to carefully drill the hole for the cord, helped me put together the right parts and improvise on material to secure the rod. Good sale on a few items I needed including a new wet/dry vac with a higher tank capacity than what I originally wanted. Staff was really cordial and friendly on a Tuesday evening, reviewing the item I was purchasing and going over the warranty and extended warranty information in great detail. A request for a gift receipt couldn't be printed due to a system issue, but a reprint of the actual receipt was completed instead.

Very sad harbor freight in Deptford had no concern for their customers and management has no compassion. Told my husband never go there again and i wish they would stop sending me alerts Horrible store.

After 8 days and no call from them, I called on a Friday and was told that they had been there for 2 days and could be picked up. I asked why I wasn't contacted and was told "we don't do that". I entered the showroom and asked the sales person if I could pick up my items. He told me no, the items had to be picked up at the counter. I spoke to the owner Bill and immediately I felt that my project was as important to him as it was for me and my mother's safety. After sending him photos of the steps, he scheduled an estimator to take measurements and in a promised time-frame, the beautiful wrought-iron railing was installed... and we are so pleased that it matched the existing 4-step railing near the front door. The customer service and quick response was superior! The quality of the work and craftsmanship is amazing! I am so happy we chose Anvil Iron Works to handle this project. A huge thanks to Bill and his valued team: Frank, John and Chris! I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs ornamental iron works. As a final note, my mother is extremely pleased that she is now able to navigate safely to and from her home. Thank you so much, again!
