We were told by our neighbor that is a contractor to go look for new rugs at Ollie's…read more So we took a ride to the Deptford NJ location and looked around bought a couple things. The cashier signed us up for their discount card and said our next purchase we would get 15% off. So on our next trip back. The young man John took the time to help us find what we wanted and got us taken care of. Unfortunately I thought the discount was automatic and it wasn't. So we had went up the 3 days later because they were supposed to get a truck of rugs. So on that trip we bought back the receipt and they were able to give us the 15% off. So it wasn't a total waste of a trip. Because the truck didn't come till Friday. So we went up on Friday and John was so amazing and patient with us. I had lots of questions and John never once made me feel like I was a bother to him. This is the best customer service I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend if you need flooring. That you go see John in the Deptford NJ location. We most definitely will. The only negative thing is your discount takes a while to go into your email. So you may have to bring your receipt back to get the discount.

One of their plant vendors ran around looking for someone, even going so far as to have them paged, still no one showed. This happened about a month ago and still we returned today to pick up a few vegetable plants for my garden. What an absolute unorganized mess!! I couldn't find anything because there is no rhyme or reason to the garden setup. The plants look in desperate need of watering. This was once my favorite store to shop but in the past year it took a hard nose dive. What changed??

Before I had a chance to say anything she said curtly "please hold" and she put me on hold. When she finally came back on line, I was able to note that I just needed to be contacted with Millwork as I had been on hold waiting for someone in Millwork to answer the call. All she did was transfer my call, no professionalism, no "Sure, please hold" Of importance to note, all I needed to know was if an item I needed could be ordered as it is not available in stock. Someone in Millwork finally answer and I was asked if I could please hold. I replied "Sure" and was put on hold. As of right now, my total hold time from the first connection is 23 minutes, which is unacceptable. I guess Millwork forgot I was on hold which is also unacceptable.

We were in the area recently, and my wife preordered a few items, this was one of the few places that still had the projector lights. We figure this year its easier to spend $150 and put up a few projector lights than buying 95 strands of lights lol. That is for next year to figure out. We also picked up another inflatable for the front lawn as well as a few more extension cords just in case. About a half hour after my wife ordered the stuff for pickup, it was ready! Amazing service! She then picked up a few other needed items, as well as returned extra items that we purchased elsewhere and we were on our way home. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. All in all, it was a nice experience. If you need anything from a HD its as good as any.

Review for Window Restoration / Window Repair only…read more It's been about a month since our window was restored and I have to say I've been very happy with the results. The workers are polite, on time and don't leave a huge mess behind when they leave. Prices are reasonable. It's very hard to find people who will do this sort of work. We had an old bay window in the front of our house. We had talked about getting it replaced with vinyl, but the styles look terrible. Collingswood Hardware removed each pane and replaced it with low-E, caulked, sanded and painted. They made sure it was done the right way. If you have old wood windows, give them a call.
