All things that Kaizen intentionally did not repair, or through ignorance and zero industry experience, chose not to repair but to pocket the money from my insurance. They installed a subframe over bent frame rails...that is EXTREMELY concerning and a massive liability and safety issue. Cannot wait to see what comes of this investigation.

I got the price on the cover and I got the price on the whole truck too, and I went with the whole truck price they did an amazing job and a amazing price. They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. I was totally amazed when I finally saw my truck. They broke a piece of molding on my inside door latch but they are working on finding the piece to repair it. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and refer everyone that needs body work to PRIME COLLISION. We bought a 36' RV and i just happened to wreck it... who would've thought? I was devastated! We pulled in and went i to the office. I was just a mess! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. She just kept reassuring me that it happens, its nothing to worry about, and they would take care of us. Offered me water, asked if there was anything she could do for me. Super kind. Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. Eddie was fantastic at communicating how things were going as well as updating the timeline to the insurance company to ensure my rental car would remain covered while my vehicle was being completed. The other party's insurance covered my repairs, but I would say it was a great value for everything that was done. Front bumper cover, energy absorber, render liners, color match painted for $1,200. They charge $60 an hour for labor. Their waiting room was child friendly with a little corner of toys, a tv for cartoons & a popcorn station. Would definitely come back for future needs!
