Mike at SWAT came highly recommended and was incredibly thorough, we were impressed. We'd had another termite guy out and the difference in the report was shocking, Mike was able to pinpoint specific issues that had been completely missed by the other technician. We had a rental property that was completely infested with German cockroaches and other bugs. They were completely up front with us and told us it may take 2 applications. I doubted that they could get it done in two apps. They did. Maybe about $200. Great value! When we renovated the property, dead roaches were falling out from everywhere. Find another company!!! This company has the worst communication on earth. They failed to explain how their poisonous gas would affect other structures on my property. As a result, my plants and food were all destroyed. They did not even have the courtesy to allow me to come over and get the items before they just destroyed at all. They do not care for their customers and they do not communicate when there are problems or changes. As a result, I have been put out of my house twice and lost hundreds of dollars of stuff because of this terrible company. Do Not Hire Them! read more

I really wanted to give them 5 stars but a few weird things make me give 4. The good: their termite tent price was better than others and they could schedule it sooner The bad: after the tend was taken down and house deemed safe, my key was in the lock box. I called the office to ask how I could get my key back and was told the lockbox code to get it. I get to the house about an hour later and I see no lockbox. So I'm worried someone took it(there's a LOT of foot traffic in my neighborhood, it was certainly possible). I looked all over the outside of the home for a lockbox anywhere and nothing. Then on a whim I looked under the doormat and the key was there!!! Are you kidding me?? If someone saw the worker put the key under the mat(I repeat, lots of foot traffic by my place) and took the key I'd have to get the entire house re-keyed thanks to their negligence. I also waited to get a call about where to find the key(since I was told wrong on the phone) but no call, silence, no mention. I guess I was just supposed to know that's where he put it read more

We have been using Swat Exterminating for a year. I would like to give a shout out to DJ Combs. He goes above and beyond in cobweb cleaning of ceilings outside before spraying. Several years ago I had some little bugs crawling on the nightstand in our bedroom. I did not know if they were termites or something else. I called Swat and they came out and took a look. The gentleman informed me that they were just ghost ants and that I could buy some bait traps to kill them myself. No upsell...no charge for the visit...just honesty. When my wife started to complain about palmetto bugs, it was time to get an exterminator. My first call was to Swat. I have been using them for pest control for close to 1 year and on the rare occasion that we find a bug in the house, it is dead. We have had fast, friendly and consistent service...no complaints. I recently decided to look into getting my lawn treated (after ditching Pest Bear for terrible service and billing practices) and my first call was to Swat. They came out yesterday and did the first treatment. We will see how it goes, but I do have high expectations. read more

The staff was friendly but we were quite disappointed in the pest control service. We called for a problem with ants. The ants were coming in through a couple different areas in our house. They said they put up a barrier, their product is fancy and is tracked back to the queen and all the ants die. Suggested to give the product about two weeks to see results. Well after 2 weeks nothing really seemed any different so we called as suggested for a re-do. They send someone out to spray a few areas and suggest that next time they will spray something under the house and maybe in the attic.. We kept giving these treatments another 2 weeks, another 2 weeks but the company was really trying to push for the next scheduled service time rather than coming more than monthly.. The under the house spray was mentioned "for next time" multiple times before it really got done. Optimistically we thought it would make a difference with the under the house treatment but no luck at all. We decided to cancel service. The ants seem worse than ever. It was frustrating paying for a service that yielded no results. read more
