I learned this as I approached my car yesterday morning. I was parked underneath it. I felt attacked, ashamed & embarrased - the hood, windshield & front grill of my car was annihilated. At this point, I was only interested in a drive thru experience. I searched on Yelp & found Ultimate Car Wash. When I approached the gentleman at the entrance of the establishment, I made small talk & informed him that, "they got me bad". He glanced & said it may take more than one wash. My car at that point had been sitting under that tree for a few days & the temperatures went quickly from high 60's to low 30's. I went through the car wash (which is a blast, especially if you put a favorite song on & crank the volume), and at the exit point, there are 3-4 guys, they jumped on the car to dry it off. There were still a few spots that did not come off during the car wash - one guy took a razor blade to said spots on the windshield and used some elbow grease while drying the hood. For an attentive external cleaning & drying, the total came to around $14 (before tip). Definitely an easy & quick fix if you're looking to get your car washed. These guys were good!

It's owned by one of the friendliest couples I've ever come across. They're passionate about cars and treat my car like it's their own. On several occasions, the car is ready later than anticipated. It's not because they're behind schedule. Rather, they are going the extra mile to ensure every part of my car is perfect. I have a matte paint job, and it's a lot of maintenance to keep up. Every time I bring it here, it looks like the day I drove it off the dealership. On two occasions, I've had paint from a car I (gently) swiped on the body of my car. Somehow, they managed to get it off without dulling the matte. Magic. I've had my car detailed several times, got a light ceramic treatment, and even got my windows tinted here. They do it all. The car was full of swirls all over the paint, and they spent an incredible amount of time doing multiple passes polishing the car to get it to a MIRROR FINISH. I couldn't be happier. I know that the number of hours they spent on this car was significant because I kept checking sentry mode (remote viewing of the outer cameras -- lol a little creepy, I know) and they were consistently working on it for the better part of a week. They mentioned that it was in pretty bad shape when it came in and again, it looked GREAT when I picked it up. I came by the shop a couple times during the week to check in (and pet the dog) and everyone there is super nice. I ended up hanging out for a bit just to talk cars and chat. They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.
