DO NOT waste your time going to this car wash! I had been going to the car wash for years. I think there was a change in management or ownership, because the service I had today was horrible! I pulled in and got out of the car. I asked the employee if he needed my remote and he said, "No, that's ok." A few minutes later he storms into the area where you pay and said, "You cut the engine off!" I said, "No, I didn't. It was still running." He yelled, "Yes, you did!!" I gave him the remote and said, "I asked you if you needed the key and you said, No." He was yelling something else that I could not understand. I told him I was not going to argue with him. He was so busy yelling that I did have the chance to tell him that the car turns off the engine automatically after a few minutes. I asked the woman that was taking the payments for the manager's name and told him how rude he was. She said that the man that yelled at me was the manager. I told her that I wanted the owner's information, which she claimed that she did not have. She told me I should talk to the manager (the man that just yelled at me?) to get the owner's information. Why would I talk to him? He had the remote to my car, I don't know what he might do. Anyway, I got the business address, which is why I'm posting here. I'm absolutely positive that this man would have NEVER talked to a man like that. He was so chauvinistic that he thought that it was acceptable to speak to a woman like that. He was in a rage because the engine turned off? He has some serious anger issues. I will never return to this car wash. I was trying to support a local business and that low-rate business has completely lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere. For what I paid, the job was mediocre and I will go back to my usual place outside of my neighborhood. read more

I'm so over this tired, old, war horse of a car wash. Auto Laundry and its services are severely outdated. The last straw??? Got a wash a few months ago and when I got inside of my car, I realized that the staff had only cleaned the front seat of my car and ONLY on the driver's side. There were still grease stains, crumbs etc. as if the rest of the interior hadn't been touched at all. How??? On top of half cocked cleaning, it's very pricey. read more

My excuse for coming here was it was convenient, no longer. When you pay $31.95 you expect to receive all the services listed and at the very least a decent level of service. Here you get neither, just aggravation when you get a semi clean car at the end. During my visit today a customer two cars in front of me came back to the car wash entrance complaining there was no soap being used. Surely enough when it was my turn that thick layer of foam that used to be applied to my car was not there, almost looked as if no soap was being used. Then towards the end the undercarriage wash did not even come on. For the top level of service I paid for I did not get soap, wax & undercarriage wash. I don't even bother to have them remove the rubber mats to wash them. They don't dry the mats properly and do not put them back in the way they found it. When they apply Armour All on the tires, they do not wipe off the excess so when you drive off it goes all over the car. Interior cleaning is also a joke. There was a guy that used to spray the glass cleaner on the seats and not even wipe it off. The interior glass is rarely cleaned, rear glass never. When you get in the car after they are done the dash is still dusty. So yeah, after today's service I will NEVER be going back. read more

i used to be a regular here but never again! i will also tell all of my family who comes here to stop immediately. the website says open until 6pm and that is the time. unfortunately, i arrived at 5:35 and they just closed the gate. i almost had an asthma attack running around and begging can they wash my car because i couldn't drive with my children in the dirty car! they weren't even worried about the safety of my children then lied and said they close at 5pm. my loyalty card with 8 washes currently will be thrown in the garbage!! my money will be spent elsewhere!!!! read more

This is hand wash but I prefer the machines better. $30+ for a mid level wash and got $15 quality. Would not be going back here.

This business employs thieves. came in today to have my car washed. When I left the location I received a notification that one of my air tags had been left behind, specifically the one attached to my key ring. I returned to the location and spoke with Nam Lyu, whom I believe is the owner. I explained to him that my AirTag was missing and that the tracking location was at the car wash. He either couldn't understand or pretended not to understand what I was saying. Another customer showed him his air tag. Mr Lyu did a cursory look around & said my AirTag wasn't there. I advised him that he should speak with the workers that handled my car & keys. They also pretended not to comprehend. Mr Lyu insinuated that maybe the tag fell off in the car or outside. I advised him again that the tracking was pinging to his address. I advised Mr Lyu that I would file a police report. He 1st stated "Go ahead, it's not here". I left to call in a report, but decided to double back to get more info for the report. Mr Lyu then went into a spiel about how his workers are not thieves & how he trusts them. About $16 for the "deluxe" wash so the wheels and tires are shiny, too. Good access from Bedford Avenue just north of Atlantic, and back out again on Atlantic just west of Bedford. Usually this spot has a longgggg line however today was a quick in and out. 4 stars for their work. A wash, vacuum and wax is $18.95. They also have a club card. Get 10 services and your 11th wash is free. Tip: When you turn on Bedford ave stay to the left for entrance. These guys left blue and purple soap stains on my car and it was still wet-- this was after me leaving a $7 tip (what made me do that?!). I found out it wasn't fully cleaned, rinsed or dried when I pulled up to my house after leaving the car wash. They are overpriced and they do a rushed job. Don't waste your time here. read more

Workers in this place took over $40 from my eye glass case in my car while it was being washed. After my car was serviced I went to my eyeglass case to tip the workers only to find out all of my money had been taken. When I told the owner (Asian lady) she became very belligerent accusing me of lying and she kicked me out and threatened to call the police. she did not try to help me as i asked her if we could look at any camera footage she had. You have all the dust/grimes/mud accumulated at the lower portion; yeah! spread it all over the body of the car. My favorite car wash since they have actual people to get it done. Super affordable; I got the super package for 20 bucks. The entrance is right on Bedford Ave, on your left hand side (the address can be somewhat confusing). The men work hard there and I would've tipped more if I had more money on hand.
