I used the restroom while my car was being washed. A few days later I realized that some items had been stolen from my trunk. They included a brand new pair of Air Jordans that were for my son, a white fleece coat that belonged to my wife and a small gray carry-on suitcase. It never occurred to me that items would be stolen if I was not watching the employees the entire time. read more

The WORST! DO NOT RECOMMEND! ESPECIALLY if you are a woman going in alone for an oil change!! Mohammed or CB because the cashier gives me one name the other guy gives me another, It's the tall African guy ( the manager) very nasty!! I was waiting for an oil change for a while, he comes out tells me to move takes a car that just arrived and starts smirking along with the other ass ( driver) telling me to wait. That's being unfair and discrimination!! just because I'm a Hispanic women and the other one is like him brings him in first! As customers we all need to be treated fair! I ask him why he is doing that and replies I have to wait he takes who ever he wants! One line or the other! What kind of customer service is this! He should not be a manager!! Go somewhere else!! If I can give 0 stars I would!! read more

It's alright, gets the job done for the price it's ny average so nothing too appealing about an automatic car wash.

I was in Brooklyn trying to cross some things off my list of errands and decided to try this car wash which was close by. They really did a good job cleaning! I had some bird poop on my car that was sitting on there for at least 2 weeks (don't judge me) and it really got it off. I only got the outside of the car cleaned and paid $20 and I think it was well worth it! The wait also wasn't too bad. My only critique is how the men don't tell you when they are done drying it. They just walk away and leave your car as if someone won't just hop in and drive off! But other than that I recommend. read more

subpar car washing and even worse customer service. anywhere else is better I asked them to finish polishing my car, because there were paint marks that weren't there when I brought it in. Instead of obliging, they yelled and accused me of saying they added paint to my car read more

This use to be one of the better place to go for a car wash but like most business in our country ran by foreigners the expense of customer service goes out the door once they start making money. They wouldn't honor a free car wash that they promise with an oil change due to it being only 1 day expired even though I went their o 2x's and weather permitted the car wash. They are very nasty to customers and the person cleaning my Matt's for the cost of $11.99 for my Matt's to be cleaned argues with a lady right in front of the owner Camma who didn't even care he was arguing with a customer. they will never get my business and I'll be sure to tell all of my family and friends do not go their they don't respect the dollar of the ppl in the community they are serving. I am tired of supporting peoples businesses who do not respect the customer. read more

I've been coming to this place for quite a few years to get my oil changed, and the car detailed. When I first started coming, I didn't have a specific person that I went to and got a few bad apples. Luckily, one of the managers put me with my fav tech, Baga (he's amazing and humble). He's kept my car in great condition, accurate on my sticker for when it's time for me to return and let's me know if I need other repairs to report to my regular mechanic since they dont offer full auto repair services. The prices have gone up about $20 per service over the past year, but still can't beat the value of a great oil change with a wash. Make sure you tip the folks who service your vehicle! read more

Had to cars service here. 2001 CRV and a 2008 rav4. On the rav4 they put the wrong oil in my car. When I came 2 days later they argued with me and after 20 minutes they changed it with an attitude. For my 2001 CRV they left my oil filter lose which was just insane read more

They are the worst. I paid $37 my car wasn't dried properly and when I'm going to my car one of the guys that puts the rugs on the car, tells me that they put my original Toyota all weather mats on another car and they left with my mats. This happened on a Friday they offered me some tech weather mats and I told them no that's not the original mats for my car. I told them that Toyota is open on sat that I can go buy it and they could return my money back and I'll bring the receipt. They said no. It's Monday and they still haven't ordered my mats. How is this even possible. The worst of the worst and then they give you an attitude like is your fault. I wish I can give them no stars. Not for nothing they need to bring back the Mexicans they did a great job. They have a bunch of lazy Africans there. read more

Okay let me start off by saying I've been going to this place for over 10 years okay I live in Brooklyn I work in Brooklyn I've got three different cars that I bring there tonight was the first night out of every time I've went during the day at night and I go at night more because I get off of work and then go there this manager first of all this guy up front I always stay in my car at least my fast one I always stay in it because I don't want nobody messing with the car it's got 800 horsepower and I don't want people messing with it so this guy Jose yells at me and says no you can't no you can't makes me make a U-turn right in front of the entrance of the car wash and push all people back to go through that I can't stand my car and go through the car wash I got a cast on my leg I'm not supposed to be walking on it second of all I don't want them driving my car they've never told me out of 10 years that I can then I speak to the manager because the owner is not there and all she's doing is yelling at me yelling yelling yelling yelling yelling yelling yelling telling me I've never seen you I've been here for years this that and the other thing I said if you've never seen me here then you're blind you're not paying attention and doing your job because how could you miss me getting out going inside and paying what a big cast on my foot so now I'm going to boycott this car wash okay because I work for something that goes out to about 80 million people and they don't want that boycott but you know what if you're going to have a manager that can't deal with the customers and you could see on your cameras for the last month how many times I've been there went through they don't say nothing this is the first time ever so because I got screamed at by the manager you can't understand a word he says first of all because he's from Africa or somewhere he's from Trinidad or whatever you can't understand his English and all he was doing is yelling at me so now I'm going to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau Consumer Affairs and go to a different car wash this car wash does not know how to handle people custom is always right you should never get screamed at by a manager especially somebody that brings three cars there probably about 3 to 4 times a week read more

The first time I visited I was kindly asked to return the next day. This is because I wanted a detail and they did not have the staff to do the detailing. I returned a week later, and I told the guys near the vacuums I wanted to get my carpet cleaned as advertised on the side of the building for $46 dollars. This person told me that it would cost $140 (I did not know at the time having "mats cleaned" is very different from shampooing mats. I went back and forth with him for about 3 minutes until I just accepted I would pay $140 to have my interior cleaned (it's possible there was a language barrier preventing clear communication between us but based on everything that happened after this I highly doubt it). When I went inside, I just so happened to run into the manager. I caught him in the middle of a conversation with another customer who was asking for car detailing on his truck and I noticed he was given a different price $130. I then asked to speak with the manager and told him I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I clarified that I wanted my car detailed and the mats cleaned. He then went out of his way to stop the guys working on my car and get the order changed. He even took my receipt and replaced it with a new one. As soon as he handed it to me, I looked at it and I noticed there was a car wash added on that. I never asked for a car wash--I actually just had my car washed a week prior and did not need that service. The manager told me it was too late because they were already pulling my car into the car wash. I told him "ok." I then went and spoke with the woman at the cash register who told me she was going to get her "big boss." I guess that's the primary supervisor. When the primary supervisor addressed the manager with the issue, the manager began yelling and told him that I ordered the car wash. It was all so casually disrespectful, dishonest, and degrading. I can't help but assume I was treated this way because I'm a Black woman (the mangers were both people of color). I am new to New York and learning the hard way that you can get ripped off at car washes in similar ways to getting ripped off by a mechanic. I never thought I would be treated this way at a carwash. read more

Their machine broke and the cars were stuck for 2 hours. After they forced our cars out of the machine, the manager refused to do anything to alleviate the situation. The manager also refused to give his name. The employees were laughing at the clients because we were requesting refunds. Saying we weren't going to get ****. I am honestly destroyed. I might seek legal action. Update*** MY CAR HAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE & THEY JUST SHRUGGED ME OFF DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. read more

It was my first time here, went to get an oil change and a car wash. But the "line system" was confusing, especially because the place was packed! Tried to ask a worker if we were in the right line for an oil change and wash...he seems like he couldn't understand us, but he still said "yes". Ended up we were in the wrong line. So we just settled for a wash. Waited 25 mins just to get a crappy car wash. If we wanted an oil change it was a 2 hour wait. Got the super wash for $23... after the wash there were still noticeable dirty marks and stains . Everything was rushed, the workers barely wiped my car. Everything was half-assed. read more

The actual work done here is great but it gets overshadowed by rude people in "customer service." The woman taking payments right now on 3/26 at 8:06pm is screaming out descriptions of cars very aggressively and with an attitude. If this woman is unhappy she shouldn't be dealing with the public. read more

My sister was happy with the job they did on her car, personally I think they could've gotten a little bit better in the garage and behind the clear stick or should I say around the gear stick but they vacuumed out the vehicle they should probably look into air fresheners like they do in Miami I'm in Georgia, they're fairly cheap and I know that's always something those customers look forward to. The place was packed and it seems like service was going pretty quickly, I personally think they need someone to direct traffic especially because it was a holiday weekend etc. etc. etc. read more

The way the service provided is set up is almost like for you to have to choose more that one package. It's weird. Maybe it's because it was my first time there. But that didn't motivate me to return and I drove far to get there just because going by it look very appealing. read more

T1his place sucks when you pay for a full car cleaning onside and out then you get back in the car your interiores are still dirty and they left dry wax all over the car. I don't really understand the low ratings. This place is one of the best I've ever been to for a wash or any service on my vehicle. The staff is beyond hard working and very friendly! And when that 10th Free wash comes around it is a great day! Always tip the crew. I love going here and getting back into my car. It always feels like it's brand new! Not the friendliest of people, mechanics or cashiers. But the gentlemen that wash and dry the cars are awesome.

22.00 for the simplest. They never have enough time to complete your wash with the excuse that they're so busy. You ask for a manager and the employees ignore you, this is because you already paid to the cashier and you have to finish the cleaning by yourself. When you go back to the cashier, that woman is an idiot pretending that she's so sensible and you don't even starts conversation with her when she's ready to insult you with the argument that you are accusing her for things without even listen to you or let you talk. I had to leave the place to avoid problems with that woman and decided to finish it myself. I stayed there for a dour 10 minutes observing that they pass by my car making comments but not touching it. read more

Didnt take long for an oil change. Addressed additional problems in a clear manner and was immediately taken care of.

Best oil change location in the bushwick area. There's always a line but it does move pretty quickly. I recommend coming early in the morning to beat the rush. With every oil change you do get a free "Superwash" car wash which is a cool incentive for coming to Atlantis. It's $30.99 for a conventional oil change after tax and a bit more for synthetic. The pricing just for services is attached. read more

Wow! I'm completely blown away with the service here. I now will be coming here. I was away for 2 weeks and my car was sitting. When I came back my car had this funky smell... it smelled like something died inside. I was worried about it and stopped by here because of some of the reviews. I'm really glad that I did! The prices are relative to those around so it's fine. I was able to get my interior and exterior cleaned for about $50! It seems like a lot but, the smell was gone and my car was looking brand new! It took about 50 minutes for them to clean everything which was fine becuase they did such a great job. I will be back for my future car washes! read more

Meh... Im not going to lie I think this place is just OK. I been washing my car here for about a year now. I never REALLY had any problem with this place until last Friday. I went to wash my car as normal I come back and I noticed that the brushes knocked my front bumper off its housing and the passenger side of my car was flooded with water. They used the wet vac to dry it up not too bad but the bumper is def not flush with the front of the car... a bit upset but what ever. They are ok... IT was really how the manager addressed it... he literally just brushed me off even though I showed him that it was fine before I went to get the wash... I just so HAPPENED to take a pic of it before I washed it... but that is completely coincidental... but he didnt care. I can fix it my self but that left me a bit not happy as I said earlier... either way this place is meh... read more
