Either they're thieves or irresponsible. I left my portable car jump starter under my backseat and when I picked my car up, it was gone. I am 110% sure it was there, because I used it less than 24 hours before. Everyone, including the "manager" shrugged and said they're not responsible for missing items and the car should be delivered empty. If you're a logical person, you know what lack of sense sounds like. Spare yourself the headache. And the detailing isn't even that good. read more

I got the VIP wash this morning and I am so happy I came. My car was so dirty and I loved that I could get my rugs cleaned. The men who worked on my car were very meticulous and I finally left a Car wash fully satisfied! I'll definitely come back --- too bad it rained later in the day but I needed the wash regardless! read more

Paid $40 for the VIP wash. They did the mat cleaning, tire shine, interior door cleaning, cup holder, dashboard, and of course, the exterior. I appreciate how thorough these guys are. They did a phenomenal job. Yes, there are cheaper options. There is a $2 increase if your vehicle is an SUV or van. But to me, it's well worth it. I may come back next year for a detail and update this review. But for now, I would recommend here. read more

I came to Canarsie Car Wash about 3 weeks ago in need of an interior detailing at an affordable price. After shopping around on Yelp, I came across this place and although they have very little reviews, I decided to give them a call. It took a while for someone to answer the phone but once they did I ask the guy how much would it be for an interior detail? He then asked me which package would I like? I asked what packages do you have? He then told me that they have three different deals which I forgot at what prices but I do know they were all pretty cheap because I chose the one for $23.00 and that was the VIP. So, I let him know that I was on my way and he said to give it until 11 am. I call at around 10:15 so I had time to grab a small bite to eat. Meanwhile, I get there and there is one guy sitting out front around the corner where the entrance is. I get out the car and let him know that I had an appointment for 11 am. He asked for what and was totally clueless as to what I was talking about so he gets his manager. Okay, now this is where things get awkward... The manager comes up to me and asked me what I was there to get so I told him the VIP package interior detail. He lets me know that they were working on another car so I had to wait about 20 minutes. I was fine with that because it gave me time to eat my breakfast in the car. However, 20 minutes turned into almost an hour until I asked how much longer because I had somewhere else to go. I finally get the detail started and it was about 4-5 guys so I thought this should go fast. Nope! They were slow and did a horrible job to the point I had to clean it afterwards myself. I was so unsatisfied! They barely wiped anything down or vacuumed. I will not go here ever again. I would not recommend anyone to this place unless you want to leave upset. read more

Went for a simple oil change. Waited for almost an hour, even though there was not other car there. When the mechanic came back to give me the bill it was almost $100. This was my first time here and being a driver for year, I know the average oil change is no where near $100. The mechanic proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about, and "you people always arguing" (Im black the mechanic looked indian). Racist comment in my opinion. Mind you i was not yelling, but simply letting him know that I am not paying this obvious rip off. So, I proceeded to let him know my I will call a few relatives over here so you can meet more of "my people" . Long story short, I paid drastically less. I was not about to be quiet and I have no problem letting customers know that I was being ripped off. I will take my money to another establishment. I suggest others do the same. read more

If I could go lower than one star I would but unfortunately I cannot. I have been coming to this car wash for years with little to no issue but alas, I have finally come to my breaking point. I took my car to be washed here early this morning as I usually have for the past few years and upon arriving home I realized a large scratch on the hood of my vehicle. I was fuming as anyone would be and immediately returned to the car wash asking what would be done about it. As soon as management saw I was upset, they literally passed me off between each other, one punk manager to the other, no one taking accountability or trying to find a solution but instead accusing me of being crazy and my argument having no validity (which angered me even more because I was the ONLY woman there and were being gaslighted by a bunch of men) and threatening to call the cops on me to remove me from the premises "by any means necessary" because I was causing problems. Finally, who I can only assume to be the "real or head" manager came out, but to my utter shock because this was the same man I had approached when I first came back in the store and he claimed he was NOT the manager. He comes to me saying he's not going to help me because I'm mad and yelling and how he's been there 12 years and he's never had a complaint, and truly the delusion is truly laughable because 1) everyone gets complaints and 2) you've been working here for 12 years and don't know how to deal with an unsatisfied customer? That's a bigger issue in of itself. The worst part about this is I understand that cars chip paint, I'm not stupid or slow, my issue is the lack of customer service and need to help a customer who was obviously upset with crap service that they provided in the first place. The lack of accountability and problem solving skills were frightening for me to see as a young woman by these OLD men, is this the example you're setting for your workers? A paint chip is such a simple fix and there's literally an auto shop ATTACHED to the car wash, if he was really interested in helping his customers he could've simple told me to get the paint for the hood from an auto zone and touched it up, then something could've been worked out. The gaslighting, threatening me with police brutality and lack of compassion are too much for me, it's truly a shame that I have to cut ties with a car wash I've been going to for so long smh. read more

My favorite car wash hands down! Prices are decent and I leave this place feeling like I have a new car again. I usually opt for the high end option, and it is definitely worth it. It is about $10 less than other places. The workers are very hardworking and pleasant. They really take their time to make sure car is clean. My only complaint is that they close relatively early on weekdays at 5pm. read more

I went to this car wash on 1-17-2020 , they guy came to the window and asked me which service did I want I told super wash for 25.95 . I asked him if the under carriage would be washed he said yes. I see them washing the car and scrubbing it down and the tires they did a great Job on this part . I then seen them spraying water under the car after that they put it on the automatic belt which pulled the car through . The wax light came on and so did the rain X light but the under carriage light did not . I asked the guy behind the counter and he said it was broken ,I told him that they should get it fixed how do the customer suppose to know it cleaned the bottom of the car . He didn't say anything just looked at me like deer in head lights . Car came out clean , the issue is that my prescription Versace sunglasses was stolen out of my car they took them out of the cases and left the case in the car. I live in Long Island and did not notice until I got home. So i will call tomorrow and talk to the manager.This is unbelievable I will never ever go there again. read more

I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE!!! I came here to detail my car for the first time, because I read some good reviews.... BIG MISTAKE..... they snagged the fabric from my seats with the vacuum and had the nerve to say to me that the problem was my car!!! They didn't even dry my car and now it smells horrible!! When I first walked in the guy at the register was on his cell phone the whole time I was trying to ask a question even though I was right in front of him, The manager, of course was not there and the owner either, they offered me a discount so I don't come back to speak with the owner!!! read more
