All I wanted was a wash, thorough vacuuming and Armor All on all four's of course. I was charged almost forty bucks-which is pretty steep in my opinion but the car cleaner's really handled my baby with care. At the end of the wash, there was an attendant at every angle of my car, wiping, shining and drying it down inside and out. They didn't forget to vacuum inside my cup holders either. I told her that I wanted the owner's information, which she claimed that she did not have. She told me I should talk to the manager (the man that just yelled at me?) to get the owner's information. Why would I talk to him? He had the remote to my car, I don't know what he might do. Anyway, I got the business address, which is why I'm posting here. I'm absolutely positive that this man would have NEVER talked to a man like that. He was so chauvinistic that he thought that it was acceptable to speak to a woman like that. He was in a rage because the engine turned off? He has some serious anger issues. I will never return to this car wash. I was trying to support a local business and that low-rate business has completely lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere. Got a wash a few months ago and when I got inside of my car, I realized that the staff had only cleaned the front seat of my car and ONLY on the driver's side. There were still grease stains, crumbs etc. as if the rest of the interior hadn't been touched at all. How??? On top of half cocked cleaning, it's very pricey.
