I just got my car delivered from CA so as you can imagine, it was very dirty. I'm glad I was able to find a good car wash close to me. It was a very easy process, you pull in and they do the rest for you. I was very impressed by the high tech and waiting experience. I'm used to tentacles flapping a car in CA but here they have robo arms. You can watch from their large waiting room which has complimentary drinks and snacks. Seems like there's a new owner or management at this wash. Skate decks and Supreme Kermit are gone so the cool factor is not as apparent. Still a good wash with higher prices. Maybe this is a good thing as the hype at this wash can be a little much. read more

The Myrtle Wash was an experience. I can see why the ratings are high! I got in line just before the crowd...it is on a side street, but the street is frequented by large trucks so waiting on the side of the narrow street can be a little hectic. Once I was in, I saw why the wait was long--It is a mostly hand wash, then the machine takes care of the rest. They make sure your car is dry as well! No water spots and no need for after wiping on the side of the street. Very detailed. The results lasted longer than other car washes. It is more expensive than other car wash places, but it is worth it. Free snacks and a nice heated waiting area. Friendly workers as well. I will return! read more

Saw this place near my gym and decided to check it out. I had gunk all over my car from all the pollen and springtime rain and decided it needed a wash. From the moment I pulled up the folks that ran the place were super friendly and attentive. They have a super clean waiting area/lounge well-stocked with complimentary snacks and coffee. Also appreciated the hypebeast-ish decor by the front desk lol. Was also super glad they had wifi--I had no problem posting up with my laptop and getting some work done while I waited. They left my car CLEAN! I got the Essential wash and they really took care to make sure every nook and cranny was spotless. Previously I've had to book mobile washes (super expensive) or drive further away to get a decent wash. Really glad this place opened up in the neighborhood! read more

My car got extremely dirty while parked on the street. The crew at Myrtle wash did an amazing job cleaning the mess up. Unlike other car washes, you can see the team taking their time to thoroughly clean the vehicles. This is everything I would want when looking for a car wash. Great place! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait. My car needed a serious clean and they delivered. If you are in need of a deep clean car wash, this is the place! I had pollen and bird poop outside my car and inside lots of dog hair and my hair, so i was in dire need of a car wash! They have this cool machine that rinses off all the soap and dries it without even touching your car! The whole interior is amazing, all see through windows so you can see everything in motion! Waiting area is stocked with snacks/drinks and comfy couch with TVs! The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, showing me around the place and offering me snacks/drinks! When my car was done, it was spotless !!! I've been trying to get all the dog hair out and been to so many different car washes! I havent seen my car hair-less in along time so i am very impressed! Someone also neatly tucked my dash cam wire underneath the floor mat so it wont get kicked around whenever a passenger is in the car. Amazing!!! Was originally told it would be 45 minutes but it ended up being 1 hr 10 min - I think that was because my car was so dirty and that they were being really thorough on the interior, so worth it. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Warning! DO NOT!!! bring your car to this car wash. The owner wayne wong ,IS Extremely DISHONEST & is mentally & emotionally UNHINGED. On 1/26/2025, I waited in line over an hour to get my car hand washed. I paid for EXTERIOR wash ONLY. The car wash employees, cleaned the inside driver side of my vehicle & DAMAGED my driver seat by detaching the electronic control portion from the leather bottom portion of my seat. I took pictures of my vehicle before driving off ( Note ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE & AFTER) As soon as I pulled out of the car wash, I heard squeaking. I have NEVER heard squeaking from my car, which I purchased four months prior in September 2024. The next morning, I went to put gas in my car; had to pull the gas tank lever which is located by my driver seat. At that moment is when I noticed the damage to my driver seat. I immediately called the car wash. I was informed the owner wayne wong was still asleep & would be in around 1 p.m. 2:22 p.m. and no contact from wayne. I texted and called and sent pictures. IMMEDIATELY wayne wong DENIED LIABILITY. I Informed him that he IS LIABLE and that he IS paying to repair my seat. On 1/28/2025, I returned to the car wash and was verbally ASSAULTED by wayne wong. he ran into his waiting area and started recruiting his asian customers to side with him by relaying to them his version of what happened/the reason why I was there. Additonally, he/wayne wong approached ME ( a Lady) in a VERY hostile violent aggressive manner. wayne wong would NOT EVER have the same energy for a man. He knocked very hard on my car window & screamed at Me saying he is calling the police and to leave his private property. I had called the police as soon as I arrived to the car wash. I had the estimate from the body shop in my hand and attempted to hand the estimate to wayne wong; whereupon he immediately attacked Me verbally. The police advised me to take him to small claims court. Do NOT!!! bring your car here. The owner is DISHONEST and a COWARD. I have read other reviews of former customers stating their car was damaged as well and property had been STOLEN out of their car during their car wash. RUN, dont walk. RUN!!! from this car wash. Additonally, I paid $45.00 for an Exterior ONLY wash and my car was NOT cleaned. My car had salt stains in countless spots and the undercarriage was NOT cleaned. wayne wong JOCK rides owners of exotic cars posting their cars to draw in business to his car wash location. The Dept of State ID # 6539627 The Business address listed for wayne wong car wash is 1566 73rd Street, Brookyln, New York 11228 ( a residence/house) his car wash is a limited liability corporation BUYER BEWARE. My 2023 Honda Pilot was filthy but they did a pretty good job inside and out. I got the Myrtle which was like $95....$103 after tax. The prices for the other services are not bad for what they do here. But for what I paid my SUV should have been spotless. They missed a few spots on the back of the car and on the tire shine. They got busy out of no where so I won't hold that against them too much. Still did a very good job for a hand wash and mini detail spot. I'll just be sure to double check before I take off next time. If you don't want your vehicle paint absolutely destroyed by those other car washes this is the place for you!
