Best car wash in New York. Hands down. Can't wait to come back and get my car as clean as it can be. They take it seriously unlike most car washes around. read more

I just got my car delivered from CA so as you can imagine, it was very dirty. I'm glad I was able to find a good car wash close to me. It was a very easy process, you pull in and they do the rest for you. I was very impressed by the high tech and waiting experience. I'm used to tentacles flapping a car in CA but here they have robo arms. You can watch from their large waiting room which has complimentary drinks and snacks. Plus they do a very good job in no time at all. The new york minute is real read more

Baaaaaaby I found a new car wash. It's all hand washed and they take such great care into cleaning your car. I swear I felt like a superstar the way they treated my baby. The price is a bit steep but it's well worth it once my car wash finished. I'll definitely be back. read more

Ive taken car here for a wash couple times and theyve done an excellent job each time. I especially like that they have a very comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks provided. Highly recommend! read more

Seems like there's a new owner or management at this wash. Skate decks and Supreme Kermit are gone so the cool factor is not as apparent. Still a good wash with higher prices. Maybe this is a good thing as the hype at this wash can be a little much. read more

The Myrtle Wash was an experience. I can see why the ratings are high! I got in line just before the crowd...it is on a side street, but the street is frequented by large trucks so waiting on the side of the narrow street can be a little hectic. Once I was in, I saw why the wait was long--It is a mostly hand wash, then the machine takes care of the rest. They make sure your car is dry as well! No water spots and no need for after wiping on the side of the street. Very detailed. The results lasted longer than other car washes. It is more expensive than other car wash places, but it is worth it. Free snacks and a nice heated waiting area. Friendly workers as well. I will return! read more

Great car wash but it doesn't clean your under carriage and they need to implement a method on drying the vehicle more vs it coming out dripping wet. But over all it's a nice spot read more

Saw this place near my gym and decided to check it out. I had gunk all over my car from all the pollen and springtime rain and decided it needed a wash. From the moment I pulled up the folks that ran the place were super friendly and attentive. They have a super clean waiting area/lounge well-stocked with complimentary snacks and coffee. Also appreciated the hypebeast-ish decor by the front desk lol. Was also super glad they had wifi--I had no problem posting up with my laptop and getting some work done while I waited. They left my car CLEAN! I got the Essential wash and they really took care to make sure every nook and cranny was spotless. Previously I've had to book mobile washes (super expensive) or drive further away to get a decent wash. Really glad this place opened up in the neighborhood! read more

Owner is always onsite and giving great tips and recommendations!! Cares greatly about my car every time I come in

This place is awesome, they're an actual brand new wash with modern equipment. Not just another wash under new management, which is an awesome change of pace in the neighborhood. Their full package is amazing, they take a lot of time cleaning the inside of the car till it's crumb free. Definitely will be coming here as my go to car wash now. Car looked amazingly shiny even after the long drive home. read more

I recently experienced an exceptional deep clean hand wash at THE MYRTLE WASH. Their customer service surpassed expectations, making the entire process enjoyable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The waiting area is not just a space; it's a treat. With complimentary snacks and a beautifully designed environment, time flew by. My car received meticulous attention, leaving it spotless. The commitment to quality and customer experience at THE MYRTLE is commendable. I highly recommend their services for a top-notch hand wash and value an overall delightful experience. From the menu I chose THE MYRTLE for a deep cleaning to my suv. They even shampooed my daughter's car seat. Definitely worth the value. Will always be back. Extremely overpriced and a super long wait. It's actually probably been the worst experience I've had at a car wash, which is a lot to say cause I've been to a lot. read more

My car got extremely dirty while parked on the street. The crew at Myrtle wash did an amazing job cleaning the mess up. Unlike other car washes, you can see the team taking their time to thoroughly clean the vehicles. This is everything I would want when looking for a car wash. The price for the wash was also amazing compared to other hand washes I've been too. The waiting room for customers was also set up very nice and I was able to get some work done while waiting for my car the be cleaned. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending all my friends to give this wash a try! read more

Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed, or even for just a simple wash. Its not expensive at all given the quality of their work, worth the money. Great place! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait. My car needed a serious clean and they delivered. Their waiting area seemed comfy but I opted to go around the corner to TB Coffee to have a coffee on their back patio for my half hour wait. Solid service and decent price! read more

If you are in need of a deep clean car wash, this is the place! I had pollen and bird poop outside my car and inside lots of dog hair and my hair, so i was in dire need of a car wash! They have this cool machine that rinses off all the soap and dries it without even touching your car! The whole interior is amazing, all see through windows so you can see everything in motion! Waiting area is stocked with snacks/drinks and comfy couch with TVs! The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, showing me around the place and offering me snacks/drinks! When my car was done, it was spotless !!! I've been trying to get all the dog hair out and been to so many different car washes! I havent seen my car hair-less in along time so i am very impressed! Someone also neatly tucked my dash cam wire underneath the floor mat so it wont get kicked around whenever a passenger is in the car. Amazing!!! I love it when people pay attention to small details like that. Thank you Myrtle Wash! read more

AMAZING!!!! The place is beautiful! Especially the waiting area, FULLY stocked with drinks and snacks (right up my alley). My car was filthy from the previous weeks of rain/pollen and the myrtle team made it brand new again! The staff is super friendly and professional, especially Emily. Emily took her time to show me around the shop and was super nice! Wayne and Raymond was also nice and patient explaining the process and packages to me. Overall such a treat to be there! Thank you so much for such an amazing job. Will definitely come back and recommend all of my friends/family here! YAY! read more

Great spot for a car wash. Was originally told it would be 45 minutes but it ended up being 1 hr 10 min - I think that was because my car was so dirty and that they were being really thorough on the interior, so worth it. My 2023 Honda Pilot was filthy but they did a pretty good job inside and out. I got the Myrtle which was like $95....$103 after tax. The prices for the other services are not bad for what they do here. But for what I paid my SUV should have been spotless. They missed a few spots on the back of the car and on the tire shine. They got busy out of no where so I won't hold that against them too much. Still did a very good job for a hand wash and mini detail spot. I'll just be sure to double check before I take off next time. If you don't want your vehicle paint absolutely destroyed by those other car washes this is the place for you! Will definitely be back and take pictures of the final result. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Warning! DO NOT!!! bring your car to this car wash. The owner wayne wong ,IS Extremely DISHONEST & is mentally & emotionally UNHINGED. On 1/26/2025, I waited in line over an hour to get my car hand washed. I paid for EXTERIOR wash ONLY. The car wash employees, cleaned the inside driver side of my vehicle & DAMAGED my driver seat by detaching the electronic control portion from the leather bottom portion of my seat. I took pictures of my vehicle before driving off ( Note ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE & AFTER) As soon as I pulled out of the car wash, I heard squeaking. I have NEVER heard squeaking from my car, which I purchased four months prior in September 2024. The next morning, I went to put gas in my car; had to pull the gas tank lever which is located by my driver seat. At that moment is when I noticed the damage to my driver seat. I immediately called the car wash. I was informed the owner wayne wong was still asleep & would be in around 1 p.m. 2:22 p.m. and no contact from wayne. I texted and called and sent pictures. IMMEDIATELY wayne wong DENIED LIABILITY. I Informed him that he IS LIABLE and that he IS paying to repair my seat. On 1/28/2025, I returned to the car wash and was verbally ASSAULTED by wayne wong. he ran into his waiting area and started recruiting his asian customers to side with him by relaying to them his version of what happened/the reason why I was there. Additonally, he/wayne wong approached ME ( a Lady) in a VERY hostile violent aggressive manner. wayne wong would NOT EVER have the same energy for a man. He knocked very hard on my car window & screamed at Me saying he is calling the police and to leave his private property. I had called the police as soon as I arrived to the car wash. I had the estimate from the body shop in my hand and attempted to hand the estimate to wayne wong; whereupon he immediately attacked Me verbally. The police advised me to take him to small claims court. Do NOT!!! bring your car here. The owner is DISHONEST and a COWARD. I have read other reviews of former customers stating their car was damaged as well and property had been STOLEN out of their car during their car wash. RUN, dont walk. RUN!!! from this car wash. Additonally, I paid $45.00 for an Exterior ONLY wash and my car was NOT cleaned. My car had salt stains in countless spots and the undercarriage was NOT cleaned. wayne wong JOCK rides owners of exotic cars posting their cars to draw in business to his car wash location. The Dept of State ID # 6539627 The Business address listed for wayne wong car wash is 1566 73rd Street, Brookyln, New York 11228 ( a residence/house) his car wash is a limited liability corporation BUYER BEWARE. I have reported him and filed a complaint with the Dept of Consumer and Worker Protection and I STRONGLY advise former and forthcoming customers whom find themselves in the same or similar situation to do as I have done. wayne wong has had his current car wash since July 19, 2022 at the rate he is going, DAMAGING customers cars and refusing to be an honest business person and pay for the damage his employess does to customers cars, I dont expect him to be in business much longer. read more

Nicest car wash I've ever been to. The owner is the kindest man! Treats his employees as family. The car wash was meticulous, with spray foam and everything was by hand! Had an undercarriage wash and even the top of the car. Super sweet car wash, can't wait to come back. read more
