It's been awhile since I've found a decent car wash spot but this one succeeded my expectations. I'm amazed at how expensive car washes are now and the end results aren't always satisfying. However, at Brooklyn Car spa the money spent was worth the service. The staff were cool and friendly and worked very hard to get your car looking clean and refreshed. There are tons of different packages to choose from to suit your car needs. I will definitely keep this place bookmarked and return for another wash for my boo. LOL read more

What's great about Brooklyn Auto Spa is that they offer hand washing (no machine washing), have great folks working the "tunnel" entrance, and a Cashier that was so nice to chat with! Don't be fooled by the name "Auto Spa." It's a Car Wash. Because of the guy at the end of the "tunnel," and the guy drying off the car, what I got for my $27.99 on a Sunday morning at 11:30am was a rush job that left my front windshield completely streaky, car still dripping, driver's side mirror with spots, license plate still wet with water dripping, and chrome logo not getting wiped. Wow!!! I wish I can give this wash more than 5 STARS!!!! This is my second time washing my car here! I went with their mini detail and it was well worth $59.99! My car looks brand new! While my car was being detailed, I walked into their store and purchased lots of goodies for my car (air fresheners, interior wipes, and some window washer fluid) The whole staff was very pleasant and my car was squeaky clean! Really impressed by this place after being disappointed by many other local area car washes. It's a touchless automatic wash, but the workers assist with hand scrubbing the car to get it extra clean. They really work hard on the car, so please tip the workers. read more

This car wash is literally one of the best in the metropolitan area. I always struggled to find a car wash worth the money. I was tired of paying $60 to still have smudges on my window, dog hair on my seats, and food crumbs left on my car seats and carpet (granted I need to stop eating in my car, but that isn't the point) My car was not rushed and the manager/boss made sure all the cars were thoroughly cleaned not just mine. I wish I took before and after photos, but I didn't have plans to write a review. This will definitely be my go to car wash, and for others planning to come try this place out: 1. Honest opinion....been here 4 times because I have an Everwash subscription. Impressed the first time then my approval seemed to slowly decline. This will probably be my last time there or at least my last time having them clean my car interior. Pretty much a rush job if I have to go behind you to dry my seats & other aspects of the interior. Open my gas tank to get gas nothing but suds. Unless your car is just filthy take note of how you gave it to the in comparison to how you get it back-don't be fooled by the shine. read more

Did my research and decided to give this wash a shot based on all the reviews...I am pleased to say that I found my NEW HAND CAR WASH HOME! From the minute I pulled up the attendant was pleasant and chill. He offered me the $59.99 Mini Detail service but was not pushy. I had read about this service and was excited to have my car get the clay bar treatment and interior detailed so I said let's do it! Went in to pay and was greeted by the cashier Christina who was pleasant and courteous which I appreciated it. These days a little customer service goes a loooong way! To top it off the Dunkin Donuts is located right in the front of the wash (can't beat that...lol). Got my caramel iced coffee, sat back and let the staff do their thing and about 25 minutes later these folx had my car clean enough to eat off of. The staff was kind and friendly. They worked hard and paid attention to all the details...true sign of a quality car wash. They even cleaned the crumbs out of both my car seats! Don't let the gas station busy-ness deter you. This car wash is a hidden gem and I will not be going anywhere else from now on ! read more

the cashier lady is the worst worker there. she is short and nasty when dealing with customers. the was came out ok but the experience was the worst I ever experienced. when I ask if my car was ok to get washed cus my mirror was loose she said she don't know and said she's not responsible. she did not want to go see the issue or ask the employee questions and there thought on this issues. very dismissive and when ask for owner or someone above her she said she don't know. very rude. Beautiful experience, first time checking them out and loved how they cleaned car until I saw a huge nick on dashboard! Owner neglected that it occurred as a result of their services. I'm left with a clean but damaged car, really unhappy how they went about handling this manner. All being said, great service and they really took their time cleaning the car throughly. To management, you guys need to hold yourselves more accountable. Ive taken my car to many different car washes that said they are hand wash only but this one is definitely top tier. All the employees are so nice and the boss Al really knows what hes doing.
