He responded within 3 minutes, which is WILD to me. There are large businesses that take days to get back to you, even with a plethora of employees. Once Chan responded, we switched over to texts. He was super personable, flexible and accommodating. We were able to schedule a time for Chan to come by with his team within the next few days that worked for my cousin's schedule; the whole process from start to finish was smooth, which is how it should ALWAYS be. They were on time, gave us an time estimate, and were very receptive when listening to my cousin's requests and concerns. Just got the Step It Up package and could not recommend more highly. Was easy to schedule mobile appointment in Brooklyn. My detailer, Alan, was very professional and did an amazing job. Before the wash, my car was really dirty and had YEARS worth of dog hair in every crevasse. Alan made the interior look brand new, dog hair almost entirely gone, leather looks restored and protected. I had so rain leakage in my vehicle and was able to schedule a next day internal detailing. They got rid of the excess moisture and any lingering smell. They also did a great job with the rest of the vehicle and took care of my items. They were definitely prompt with their arrival time and service length. Will be booking again for sure! read more

Person who detailed my car was very nice but as a company they dont hold to what they say. Detailing took 4 hours, although their estimated time was 2 hours. Finished around 8:15 pm so it was dark so I didnt get a good look of exterior till next day. water spots on windows, middle console not cleaned, seats were super damp which took 24+ hours to dry. Stain on side of door that was still there. Their vacuum was also not capable of going into small aeeas so there was still some leftover dirt and crumbs in spaces. When I reached out the next morning to ask if they can fix the things they missed they said they would come in a few days we had chosen a time and date. They then cancel claiming the detailer's car is in the shop and when I message them a week after that they refuse to come and are very rude about us wanting the job to be finished. They also didn't want to give a partial refund. Bad customer service. If youre gonna pay 200 dollars might as well just go somewhere else. read more

I was looking for a gas spill clean up job as there was a strong odor from the spill all throughout the inside of my car and trunk. Chan was highly responsive and provided a very reasonable quote for the cleaning. Allen was the one who cleaned my car and drove out the very next day to me for the cleaning which involved steaming, shampooing and conditioning the interior. I called them before the summer, I was told to use their website and make an appointment, so I did exactly that, paid in full, waited 2 months for my appointment, cleared my schedule, I even got an appointment confirmation the day before, I took everything out of my car, just to be told they were actually fully booked up until next year and the website accepted my appointment because of a "tech problem", and for me to schedule another appointment "next year". The only thing they could do for me was give me a refund, so I waited 2 full months while I could have already gotten my car detailed somewhere else read more

Even though I had kept my car cleaned time to time, I did not realize how many details I have missed. Clean By Chance took their time to clean all the areas I would never be able to reach, or think of. Specifically, I had an awful stain that was several months I could not remove, as it was deeply soaked and solidified into the small holes of my seat. Clean by Chance was able to get that stain out completely in seconds, when it took me much longer, and not even close to the same results he had. The service is amazing, came to me, cleaned from the cracks of the vents to every single one of my mats (I had 14 of them), and not once did I hear him complain once. He took his time to make sure both interior and exterior were spotless. Normally, I would never write a review for anything, but I made an exception thanks to how well the service was.
