Getting an estimate: I messaged Chan during the day to get an idea of how much the services would cost based on the car, year, make, model and the services we needed. He responded within 3 minutes, which is WILD to me. There are large businesses that take days to get back to you, even with a plethora of employees. Once Chan responded, we switched over to texts. He was super personable, flexible and accommodating. All I wanted was a wash, thorough vacuuming and Armor All on all four's of course. I was charged almost forty bucks-which is pretty steep in my opinion but the car cleaner's really handled my baby with care. At the end of the wash, there was an attendant at every angle of my car, wiping, shining and drying it down inside and out. They didn't forget to vacuum inside my cup holders either. I need to check the car wash menu more thoroughly next time. I'm pretty sure I could've gotten the same type of car wash for slightly less.

There is a indoor waiting area but if you live in the area, you can go home and come back when they call you ti retrieve your car. They are known for hand-wash/dry but now had upgraded for faster service with special equipment to speed up the process. There is equipment to spray soap from above, as you drive into the the pre-soap area and then exit car to let them finish the rest. Good detailing but sometimes can miss a few spot. Overall great when you have time to wait for the Everything but the Kitchen Sink special. There is a weather guaranteed (I didnt know until I saw on their website) that states if it rains/snow the same/next day, you can bring your car back the following day for a complimentary exterior wash and no reciept is needed. That's cool! When they first opened years ago, I had signed up for a car membership deal for unlimited wash for 1 year in their first year (there was some restrictions about how many washes per month). It was a gift for my husband which he throughly enjoyed and used. I'm not sure if they still do that now as I only signed up once.
