I came to the store around 7:30PM on a Friday night, and there was one pair of customers in the store who entered right before I did. The sales associate greeted them warmly and was floating around the small store. She said absolutely nothing to me when I entered and stood near the register the entire time, not even acknowledging me. I was looking to get some jewelry from this location, but I'd rather spend more time to go to the Galleria store where I've had much better interactions. I will not be returning this location, and I would not recommend anyone else to visit this location. read more

Alex and Kelsey were so helpful and help me resolve the incompetency and indifference of the Swarovski in DFW. The store is large and has only the latest designs. Alex showed me all the brightest and best of 2018. Do not by from any Swarovski store except the one in Willowbend and from either Kelsey or Alex. Back ground: I purchase an item in the Swarovski store inside of the American Airlines terminal. During my purchase Glenda did not let me know of the return policy ( I would have to come back to the airport to return the item). I assume that I could take my return to any store but was informed by the Alex this would not be possible because corporates stores are separate from privately own stores ( like DFW airport). I love Swarovski Crystals! However, I am on the fence about this location. The sales staff was very rude at first. I was looking at the peacocks (which are lovely) when the lady working snapped at me and said they were only for sale to members. (I guess she assumed I wasn't because of my sweats and t-shirt - never judge a book by its cover... Especially with customers). Then I told her I was an SCS member and her whole demeanor changed. She became super helpful and nice. She pulled all the figurines I wanted to see and wrapped my newest Kris bear nicely. Total 180 from the lady who snapped when I first entered. Overall, I think the store is nice and has a good stock of figurines and jewelry. However, the sales staff leaves a bad taste. I am sure I will be back, I just hope next time the staff will be nice from the start. read more

honestly just terrible. i placed an online order for pickup to get my girlfriend a gift for her birthday, i get an email a few days later saying it's ready for pick up. i drove all the way to the mall just to be told that it wasn't actually delivered yet, and the email was wrong???? it's been a few days and still nothing. definitely won't be purchasing from swarovski ever again once i get it. girl in store however was very polite and nice about it. it's just frustrating because my girlfriends birthday is tomorrow and it still hasn't came in? if i knew their pickup system was so damn flawed i would have just ordered it to be shipped to my house or went in person. really disappointing, save yourself some time and go somewhere else. read more

I am one to brag on any store and good service and good policy I have been a very good customer of sorts to keep and buy and have much of their jewelry I went into the store to return some merchandise that my husband purchased till rings for me as an engagement ring back in October at that point in time no one told him about the upkeep of the rings the rings sure enough turned and tarnished and scratched up we proceeded to call back to this particular store spoke to the manager Miss Shirley she then decided to exchange the rings and told us how to keep the rings and keep them in good condition and as of today 25 April I had to go back because the rings I cannot wash my hands every day like normal rings could be washed so every time I have to wear my rings I have to take them off to wash my hands and then I have to proceed to clean them so they do not tarnish I called her back and went into the store to let her know that I was variants upset and bury this satisfied with the merchandise and all I wanted was my money back because of the fact that no one should have to take the rings off every time to wash their hands and to clean their wings which means I am spending at least 3 to 4 hours a day trying to keep my rings in good condition I walked back in politely and explain to her ma'am this makes no sense at all I want was my money back I was not upset about it I was very polite she begins at this point to have an attitude because I said I would like my money back she says no and I asked for a corporate number and or her bosses number she would not give me either Swarts the key stands behind their name supposedly however when you have to continue to take your rings off to wash your hands then clean your rings for five times a day that does get ripped Pettit to play on your nerves no one has called me or contacted me and this is the way they want to treat their customers and do not mind trying to satisfy the customers that keep them in business this is not the source the key that I grew up with my mother has or my family has I don't want people to realize what kind of business this Plano store is doing and how they're treating their customer please be very aware of what is going on and how They're treating you and ask all questions this is worse than going to a dealership and getting a lemon and having them do nothing about it and care nothing about the customer or the customer and being happy or even coming back if I hear anything I will update you all but for now stay away from siesta key in Plano and I'll switch the keys if that's the way they're going to continue. As I stated I would get up come back to you and let you know what has happened they were very nice and polite at corporate and gave me respect and listen to what I had to say which I appreciate very much especially when companies stand behind with their supposed to say and do and their brand they did return my money have not received it yet as of yet on my bank account but it was returned as of today will see if he comes back to my car either tonight which is Friday or Monday. They also gave me a small token of appreciation and to say that they apologized for what I had been through and was going through so we shall see now how this works out so far so good I'm happy about the fact I'm getting my money back once it hits my account I'll be great at least they try to make up for the mistake that they had made I do appreciate that much that means a lot when they try to care about their customers and try to correct their mistakes read more
