On August 13, 2025 a little before 6pm. I came into the store to have my tennis bracelet repaired or replaced based on the companies WEBSITE and information received from the Authorize store that sold it to me AND THIS STORE a few days prior. The person who identified himself as the manager was ride, uniformed or the companies policies, and annoyingly sarcastic. The other two employees there a lady and a man just stood there just as clueless to the store's policy and seemingly afraid to speak when spoken to. The "manager" told me it is not company policy to repair an item from an authorized dealer and would let "upper" management know I had been given the wrong information. I walked out and remembered it was on the Swarovski website and took it back and he took a picture and said The same bs of letting upper management know the WEBSITE WAS INACCURATE!!! Never asked for my information or anything just slick disrespectful said "I CAN SELL YOU ANOTHER ONE but that's it!" He needs to work at a lower level position because he displays not one managerial role attribute nor the KNOWLEDGE of your company's policies. Not to mention the inability to proberly manage and or train the sales staff under him. They are just there over staffed 3 people to just stand and be clueless should be reading the manual versus idle ignorance and standing still. Love the pieces the broken bracelet would be the first ever incident of sort but those 3 throw them in the trash!!! read more

The Swarovski Gallery Store, located inside the North Park Mall, is definitely the place to shop if you love Swarovski Crystal. You can shop online to see the current styles, but you will never see how brilliant the jewelry really is unless you see it under the display lighting. The sales staff was also extremely nice and helpful, although one or two are not quite as well educated on the products as others. The only problematic issue I ran into was during the exchange process of a pendant, when I learned that the labeling on the boxes were very difficult to read unless you know the actual product numbers. I had bought an Azure Blue Galet Mini Pendant (admittedly, a mistake on my part), but returned to the store the following day to exchange it for the Crystalline Green. When I gave the pendant to the intended recipient, I found that I'd actually exchanged the Azure Blue for yet another Azure Blue. It took some online research and a second trip to the Gallery Store to actually get the correct color. I hope you check out the Swarovski Gallery Store and find the crystal as beautiful as I do. Compared to more precious stones, the value in savings is amazing and you won't lose any brilliance or quality. read more

I wanted to love this store. I already knew what I wanted when I got there but the employee was helping someone else, so I decided to browse. The prices are really reasonable and there are some very beautiful items here! I finally got my item and got in line behind another customer. The person in front of me completed their transaction and left the store and the employee behind the counter just walked off with me standing there. I waited while the employee went to the air of another group of customers in the store who were obviously making a very large purchase. Perhaps the employees here get a commission from sales, which I totally understand but dang, I was just left hanging. The employee finally comes back to the counter, where I've been waiting and the man who was gathering the large purchase came with her. She then stares at the both of us and asks who was there first. Really? You've been standing with this man, helping him for quite some time. You know he wasn't at the counter as well. The employee goes ahead and starts ringing up the man purchases of the other customer and I decided that, honestly, I could buy this same item elsewhere. I could be a patient women, but by doing so and making my purchase here, I'd also be putting money in this employees pocket when she blatantly disrespected me. It's so disappointing because I really wanted to visit this store again for other gifts. read more

I am an SCS member so I often go into Swarovski stores and purchase crystal figurines. My Kris Bear collection is up to 28 and I love all of them! I went in this weekend and bought a cute Kris Bear: Bears in Love. I absolutely adore this set! However the service was just bad. There were two saleswomen and only one other couple when my boyfriend and I entered this store on Sunday. We were greeted with a generic salesperson line and then coldly ignored. We were dressed very casually and maybe this made them ignore us. I hate it when these stores judge people by what they wear. Don't you know you can't judge a book by it's cover? It is fine though, I know what I wanted to look at. We spent about 30 seconds picking out which one we wanted and then I had to go flag down the saleswoman to pull it. She then opened the back cabinet and fiddled around with rectangular boxes (the bears all come in cylinder tubes now) until she finally found it. I might be a little picky at this point, but you should at least know where boxes are in the back, not to make customers wait. Then when I wanted to add my SCS membership to the receipt the lady said they are new and are not set up to do memberships. This location has been opened for at least eight months and they are still not set up to add SCS memberships? Really? Swarovski crystals are great. This location's staff, however, is bad. They need training and retraining. read more

Before I started my review, I read the other review for this place and it's really sad that a sales lady would do that! I came in today and the first few words that came out of my mouth were "I am not looking to buy anything today...". I wanted to just browse and get ideas for a gift for one of my bridesmaids who should be my MOH because she is planning a lot for me. So I don't want to purchase and give this to her anytime soon, just needed ideas! This lovely saleslady gave me a lot of ideas for gifts, and even let me take pictures so I can remember when I do make the purchase in the future! I don't think the prices are too bad for quality items that are so glittery and shiny with the swarovski crystals! The different earrings I saw were ranged from $125-$175. I actually liked the more pricier ones at first and the saleslady shows me some that were even less price, so it did not seem that she was just there for her commission, if that is the case here. Hopefully the saleslady from the previous review will learn not to treat customers like that! read more

Terrible service.i purchased items online after I got items back one went on sale and the other did not fit so like regular consumer I said no big deal I will go to the store to get personal touch service.Well not so much online Buyers beware they don't adjust prices at their so called boutiques or accept return from online mind you same company aka Swarovski.com I was upset..I tried to get help from a manager with no luck plus she said we don't even have sales!So not true if online store runs sale store in Houston was happy to assist me with that.I left pissed and very unhappy and felt I was giving around versus trying to get some sort of customer I don't care attitude go back to online store and deal with them.I told them I spent lot of money time to stop shopping in their "boutiques" with different policies!!eeek!!Andrey.I read more
