There was a whole collection of weird, offset, ugly tops like mine. I remember when Banana Republic was known for classics and quality, and could be counted on for a few nice tops. Even the clothe stock is good enough. However, there were no great deals ongoing so we had to return empty hand. My wife tried few jeans and seems to be off fit at different places. I wonder if their sizes fits anyone. Clearance section was a mess and it's challenge to find things from the stock. There was not even a single staff member who addressed us or even welcomed to store evernthough many passed by and were working infront of us.

There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.northphoenixoutlets.com/sales. There are also military, senior, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. The teacher and student discounts range from 10 to 25% off depending on the store or restaurant. Second, rather than the heavy duty 100% cotton Oxford shirts, they are now carrying a lighter weight blend for similar prices. A knock-off if you will of their own product. Wow! So why shop at an Outlet, when your favorite major retailer can meet or beat these prices? In the future, I will take a pass. Sorry!

Yeah, we were those customers at the Guess store in the Outlets at Anthem. I was waffling back and forth about a purchase I was making for gifts, my fiancé was asking questions that made little to no sense to her, and the store was pretty busy and severely under staffed. I'll give Sabrina all the credit in the world. She put up with us and was very professional. She never gave us a look or rolled her eyes during what had to be annoying experience, which only made the store a couple hundred dollars. She was also easy to work with a few days later when we realized that we were one item short and called up the store to have one shipped to us (if you call they can do this for you). The store itself is small and carries a decent amount of fashionable clothing. The blasting pop music doesn't do too much for me, but I'm sure it appeals to the younger crowd that shops here.

Service was great immediately and I was told to just hold on to my shoes until I either find what I'd like to switch them out with or if anything I could return them. I was pretty bummed at first because I really love the ones I purchased online, but they felt a little too snug. I unfortunately didn't see anything remotely similar in the store. As I was sitting trying on a few different shoes another associate walked up and we chatted for a few minutes. I told him my dilemma and he offered to scan my shoes to see what else we may be able to do. To my surprise they had another half size to a size up online and I was able to do a straight exchange and the shoes will come right to my house. Service at the counter was wonderful and it couldn't have went better. The store was clean and organized. Every employee I interacted with both greeted and offered help where they could. Prices were fair for the quality and they had some great sales going for the holidays.
