Very delicious! It was my first time coming here as well as trying Indian cuisine. The wait was modest, food was nice and warm, the naan was huge and the rice was generous in amount. I'd recommend sharing due to the proportions! The mango lassi was a very interesting try. The waiter was also very kind and attentive.

The delivery was on time and communication was spot on. Cucumber salad and tomatoes were very fresh. Riata was spoiled and Tamarad sauce and choley were bright red I was convened that they were not using tamarad and were using red food coloring instead , so we did not eat. I was a little sad since I ordered at monastery.

Welcoming spot on West Side with small parking lot on side. I've eaten dinner her before and enjoyed my entree (can't remember wheat I had, think it was eggplant). We arrived around 1:30 pm on a Saturday but we're still in time for the lunch buffet. We were the only folks in the restaurant when we arrived but a large Indian family came in as we were leaving. Good sized buffet that included two types of pakoras, two types of bread, two types of rice, noodles, soup, salad, tons of entrees, and several desserts (plus hot chai). Wow! The greeter was very sweet and the water/dish removal service was timely and friendly. The vegetarian entrees were just as plentiful as the meat ones. I started with the mixed veggie pakoras and another type of pakora (maybe it was spinach?). I moved on to their fluffy basmati rice with delicious saag paneer, veggie korma, some spicy noodles and a piece of naan. The food could've been a tad warmer in temperature but that's often an issue on buffets especially later in the day. They did bring out fresh rice, naan, and pakoras while we ate. The only dish that I wasn't crazy about is actually my favorite Indian dish, malai kofta. I thought the balls were a little sweet and not firm enough. I tried their mango fruit dessert which was sort of a cross between a pudding and a melted ice cream. It was an interesting texture and very yummy! At only $8.95, we definitely got our fill and at a great price.

Nice local authentic spot in NCH. The food is always amazing even with takeout. They adjust the spice to level to your preference.

I got this for lunch one day because it's close by and was really happy with how good the food was! It's become a personal lunch favorite!

They aren't too into the internet, but they do enjoy the business. It's a bit small so there may be a wait some days during the prime dinner hours. It seats 20 people indoors and a few outside at 2-tops. They offer a variety of beverages, snacks and other to-go items. They also offer cooking classes. The black bean burger is made from scratch and it is quite good, if just a bit bland. Adding hummus to it though is a good option. The veggies and bread that come with it are quality. The purple cabbage has be sauteed I guess and was essentially flavorless. The wraps are large, and nicely grilled. The location is a bit out of the way, which is unfortunate for them, and is tucked away in a nondescript strip mall. Still, supporting this family owned and operated business is an all around good experience.

We drove about a half hour to get to this location, spent a few minutes perusing the menu, then ordered. That's when we were informed that they don't accept credit cards. We literally had no cash (well, I think I might have had $1.00), so the cashier explained their 'ATM option'. He said we could run it on our credit card, so my husband attempted to do this. You still needed to punch in a PIN, and we had no clue what our PIN was because we never use our credit card this way. My husband asked the cashier what he should punch in, and the cashier rather condescendingly responded that even credit cards have PINs. So, we voided that transaction and pulled out our debit card. Mind you there is a $2.00 fee for any transaction, and you have to withdraw a rounded amount like $20 or $10 and then the cashier gives you change. Other commenters seem to feel similarly - accepting credit cards and their associated fees is a necessary cost of doing business; passing this cost on to your customers with this mandatory $2 fee (unless you have cash) is unacceptable. I will not return. Besides the shady ATM fees, the water was served lukewarm in plastic cups with no ice. There is a limited eat-in area with about six tables. One wall of the restaurant is devoted to displaying antiques. The food itself was just okay. My husband had the Vegetarian Philly, which comes with Tofurkey deli slices. I had the Garlic & Herb Tofu Spread, which was a sandwich with tangy, crumbled tofu.
