SVS has always provided me with awesome attention and great customer service. A story - originally, I got my first pair of glasses from Sams's Club, and though their selection was decent, and quality good; service was best. The reason, a girl who took her job seriously and the satisfaction of her customers more so. Luckily, the gal that first helped me there is now at SVS and has always provided me with the utmost quality attention and assistance whenever asked. Her name is Jensen; first an optician, to now being the store manager. I know when I walk in and see her, I will have a great experience. I give high praise to the management at SVS for promoting someone so deserving and am going to be a happy customer of SVS for years to come. This place treated me very well. I went in with a very specific goal. They patiently explained all my options, and I decided to go with an option that required two pairs of glasses. After picking them up, I tried that for a week or so before deciding I didn't want to do that anymore, because I'd need to constantly switch between them. So, I went back in, and they again discussed a few different options with me and listened to my concerns. I finally went with one pair of glasses that would require a new set of lenses. I fully expected to pay for both the extra consult and the new lenses, but they said no. Both the extra consultation time and the new lenses would be on the house. I get glasses every year and I usually dread going in because I know I'm going to be pushed into something that I don't really want and going to end up paying more than I'd really like to. SVS is not a pushy place, the lady who helped me pick out glasses was amazing, she explained my plan which no one has ever done that my whole adult life, she told me which brands work the best with my plan and which ones I'll pay a little more for. When I decided on a pair of glasses and we sat down to go over all the options and different dollar amount of what everything cost she didn't pressure me into anything, she simply asked me if I wanted any or all the different options. The staff were very helpful. The lady I worked with actually took the time to help me find glasses that would better suite me for bifocals. She made sure I knew that when I came back into the store that someone would explain how to actually look/see out of my glasses because of the bifocals or progressive lens. She explained my bill. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor was wonderful. She had patience with me when I had a slight difficult time when it came to the machine that puffed air into my eyes. She explained things very well. The doctor was very upbeat and knew what she was doing. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend SVS to other people.... Every single staff member here goes out of their way to make you feel at home and happy. Leslie was genuinely excited to help me pick out my first frames, and she gave me honest feedback that was well-informed and well-intentioned. I took a while to choose my glasses, and not once did I feel rushed. If anything, I felt like I was welcome to stay and mull over the decision as long as I would have liked! My eye doctor answered every question I had with confidence and made me very comfortable. Best eye dr I have ever been to! Got us in same day with no wait. Super professional staff. Had to bring my 8 year old son for his first visit, myself and his father both have glasses/contacts and know how the machines work, the Dr explained everything to my son and how everything works. He appreciated that so much. He absolutely loved it. I am now changing eye Drs because of the professionalism and honestly the care we were given. His glasses came in quickly and they also have amazing discounts for a second pair (his sports glasses for football) that isn't covered by our insurance. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming! I enjoyed being able to schedule my appointment and fill out my forms online. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was kind and helpful - from the front desk manager who greeted me and checked me in to the doctor who answered all my questions to the woman who helped me find some great frames! As a long time glasses wearer, I was also thrilled not to have to do the eye puff test and to look at some kind of bright light instead. I recently called SVS because I was having eye pain. The nice gentleman on the phone said that the doctor wasn't in for the remainder of the day and started asking me questions about my current symptoms. Once he realized that I probably had a corneal ulcer, he told me that he didn't want to scare me but I needed to be seen that day. He even started recommending other eye doctors in the area! Even though I had to go elsewhere for my ulcer to be treated, my family and I will always choose SVS for our eye care needs because they absolutely care about their customers! read more

We were greeted promptly and kindly as soon as we entered the store. The eye doctor was professional and incredibly kind! We were there to have a contact eye exam for our 9 year old and she was very optimistic about him being able to use them but she allowed us as parents to make the final decision. The woman who helped us pick out glasses for our son was very patient and helpful! She also priced out two different ways to see what was a better deal for us. This was my first visit and I can say that I will definitely return. Very friendly, informative service and a great selection of frames. They took every precaution due to COVID-19 and made sure safety and cleanliness was a priority. My elderly parents do not need an eye exam at this time, but if they did, I would feel very confident taking them there. The only people allowed in the building are those with an appointment. There were never more than 3-4 customers in the building at one time and we were scheduled in such a way we weren't near each other. Great job! read more

Started with easy scheduling online, was able to complete all necessary paperwork online before I got there, and ALL the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I was able to take my time picking out glasses, tried on as many as I wanted, and left there extremely excited to receive my new glasses. I have been wearing the same pair for almost 3 years due to not wanting to deal with it during Covid so I'm thrilled to have glasses I love! New to the area and was reading reviews, found these guys had the best optometrist rating in the area and had convenient scheduling (online system). So I gave them a shot. They did not dissappoint. I was the last appointment of the day (5:30 when they close at 6) but both the doc and his team were patient and thorough with my appointment, not rushing me at all. No fancy frill machines, or tools (that I've seen at other eye doctors, with not as good results), just old school techniques by people who know what they are doing. I'm a fan. read more

They are always polite and even during this pandemic they have been more than accommodating and do everything they can to make the visit amazing my 11 year old daughter comes here as well. It was really easy to schedule an appointment online. When I went in for my appointment, I was brought back at the scheduled time for my exam. I have high myopia. Though I know the risks for retinal detachment, this was the first time an eye doctor has taken the time to make sure I know that I'm at increased risk and what signs to watch for. Plus side of the appointment is my prescription had gone down for the first time ever, and the technicians were helpful with getting my new glasses picked out and ordered. read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful! They greet you as soon as you walk in. The doctor was thorough and professional, and she was great to talk with! It was a very comfortable setting where I felt I was being listened to and cared for. Michael welcomed me when I walked in and I instantly felt like I was part of the team. Even though I was just a little late, the doctor saw me and didn't make me feel terrible about it. From start to finish, I cannot think of a single thing I didn't like. The store was spotless, I was greeted immediately with a smile. I was even taken back early when someone else missed their appointment. The doctor was absolutely terrific with my 6 year old son.
