They told us that they could embroider our greek letters for our line names and chapter. However, we got continuous phone calls saying that they could not do this or could not do that. THEN, instead of calling us prior to detailing our jackets and asking if we still wanted them done because of the things they "couldn't do", they did the jackets anyway and THEN told us they couldn't do it. The customer service was nice on the initial visit but the hassle is not worth it. Just send your jacket, sweater or anything else SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They always took time to tweak my computer design mistakes (being a neophyte these tended to be legion...) and carefully usher me through the process, even when we were working with time-sensitive materials. They would work overtime to rush through printing and get our newsletter IN THE MAIL in a professional and timely fashion. These guys are old school. They want to do a good job for a fair price and serve their *clientele*. I'd have no hesitation going to them with printing projects big and small. PRINTMILL. These guys rock.

That said, I'm disappointed with their prices. I know EVERYTHING is more expensive, but it looks like they raised their prices on everything including fabric they've had before tariffs and a bad economy kicked in. $14+ for a yard of regular price quilt cotton is really high even for a local quilt shop. I left with nothing and won't be back. Stores wonder why people shop Hobby Lobby and online. This is why. Less expensive even with the cost of shipping.
