After stopping by the store multiple times to check on my outfit (because no one called like they said they would) the outfit was there. It was horribly made. It look as if the person who sewed it completely got the measurements incorrect. After having to discard the outfit due to the poor quality of how it was sewn I asked if they can make a skirt with the rest of the material I had purchased from them. The skirt was just as bad. The strings were hanging from everywhere. The seams weren't align and the inside lining was completely ripped apart. I was completely disappointed. I could not wear the skirt the way it was made. This was a complete waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this store. I told my friends about my ordeal and told them to never purchase anything from here. I am a supporter but I can't support bad service.

It came out awesome, I have natural 4c-4b hair texture, I say 4b due to many coloring to cover those grey hairs (yikes!!) This time, we stopped in New Jersey in what looks like a newer location. LL Bean is located in an outdoor shopping center in New Jersey, not too far from the NY border. Initially, I thought that this was an outlet location, due to the layout of the properties. They had a lot of popular stores that you don't see at shopping malls. So, I was surprised that it so many stores that are a bit more pricey in an outlet format. LL Bean is an outdoor enthusiasts' ideal location to find gear that would be beneficial to their excursions. They carry clothing for all seasons as well as jackets that are ideal for subzero temperatures. Also, their signature Bean Boots are available in all sizes and at a discounted price. They had a lot of Bean Boots aka duck boots on the rack in adult sizes, so it was nice to get a good pair of boots at a reasonable price. I feel like LL Bean has more clothing, gear, and accessories in their stores. Whereas you'd find larger items online. They do carry bike racks, hunting supplies, snowshoes, and kayaks, but they don't have as much in store. Luckily, you can place an order through the store and they'll ship everything directly to your home. One thing that I really love about LL Bean is the educator/student discount. You can get it multiple times throughout the year and they'll provide you with a code that you can use in store or online. I had to input my school's information and a copy of my teacher's ID. They sent the code straight to my email and the discount was applied when I checked out. Also, you could just show them your school ID and they'll just give you the discount right there. Each location is different, but they're usually pretty laid back and always willing to help you out. I love everything about LL Bean. This is the store that has been near and dear to my heart since I discovered them years ago. We hope to visit their flagship store in Freeport, Maine in the future.

The store is always organized, well stocked, and has great hours. The staff is always helpful and polite. Being my toddler is close to 2 now and quickly growing Osh Kosh is now a better fit than Carter's. For the odd occasion where I can also find something at Carter's they are joined and you can pay at either the OK or Carter's register which makes it easier to clothes shop with a toddler.

Finally Vivian's customer got done, and she proceeded to call me up after another conversation with Marlene. As I approached Vivian, I said "hi how are you?" to which I didn't get a response. I then explained to her I have 2 returns and a purchase. 1 of my items wasn't on the receipt so Vivian threw it back towards me on the counter, saying "I can't do this one, it's not on this receipt" I told her this is the only receipt I was given, it was all 1 purchase. Turns out the associate that was helping me last week when I was purchasing these items, never scanned it! But that is my fault somehow????? Shouldn't she be thankful I brought the item back, instead of just keeping it?? What is wrong with her?! After my returns were finally completed (because Shawna came over and helped fix the issue) because she needed help from everyone. Seems like she is incompetent to even do her job. Vivian then scanned my water bottle and another item that I purchased, she again threw it into my bag. Who throws things?? Was she never thought how to handle customers?? She is an adult who should know the basics of customer service. I had to check to make sure my bottle didn't have dents from the impact of how she threw it. This behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I am disgusted.

I treated myself to a nice T-Fal nonstick pan and a new shirt on clearance. Staff were cleaning individual carts as you walked in. Registers moved fairly quickly.
