Then when we put on our tuxes on the big day, one of the ushers realized his collar was different from all of ours. Seriously, how does that happen? That looked just great. But that was nothing compared to how they stuck it to me. When you rent tuxes from J. Paglione on a Saturday, they want them returned on Monday. Well, they're closed on Sunday, and Monday is the one day of the week that they close at 6:00 PM instead of 9:00 PM. Neat trick, huh? I showed up with my tux on Monday at 6:05 PM, not thinking in a million years that they would close that early on the day they want their tuxes returned--and they were there but they wouldn't let me in. The next day they charged me a $20 late fee. I guess you can screw people like this when you're not depending on repeat business, but I know I will definitely tell people to stay away from these guys. J. Paglione is not only incompetent, they're ripoff artists.
