In the first picture you can see that there were only the metal screws left to walk on, which were dangerous and slippery. The first time around, the left heel tip was a little loose, and the tips a little too large-- they accommodated my requests and had my shoes ready for pickup just the next day. I had a rare collectible vintage blazer that had a long rip in a seam and both sides of the tear were very frayed. I wasn't sure it could be repaired.
