Door dash ordered some rare steak/ meatball pho, chicken eggrolls, and beef brother and noodles. Everything that was ordered came packaged, I just wish the utensils included chopsticks. Feeling a litter under the weather so wanted something comforting and warm and this order covered it! Broths came in separate packaging and were extremely hot! ( which is a good thing ) Pho: I liked the fact that you can ask for steak packaged separately. Box came with a good amount of noodles, basil, cilantro, sliced onions, jalapeños, green onion, and hoisin/siracha mixed in a little container. Broth was really good you could taste all the spices - I actually didn't even add the available sauces in the broth and just used it to dip the cooked meat into. Beef broth: good flavor not salty - comes with same pho noodles Chicken eggrolls: good size with a good crunch, some were a little soggy - but that's to be expected since I didn't eat on site. They really didn't have flavor they came with a vinegar based dipping sauce with carried the whole thing.

As much as I appreciated that they had vegan options including a vegan menu, I was not a fan of their vegan pho. When I was ordering, the cashier who took our order was new and I had to tell her multiple times to look at the menu instead of telling me that by default the vegan pho was veggie broth. The menu specifically said to order with veggie broth because by default it was chicken broth. The menu also said to make sure to tell the cashier no fish sauce, no eggs, and no oyster sauce. This should already be addressed to the kitchen staff instead of being the customers job to request for these especially if there is a vegan menu already . We asked for a small amount of salt when we ordered our food, but all the food came extremely salty. Does the kitchen staff even read the comments on the orders? We had to send back an order because it was way too salty. The vegan pho was sad. Broth was bland, salty, only veggies, and no protein. Maybe add in some tofu and/or spinach for extra protein. My family had beef ball pho, seafood pho, orange chicken rice, and pork chow mein. My family and I did not enjoy our food. The portions were also small. We won't be back.

Ordered a shrimp pad see ew for takeout. Good parking spots; located in a plaza. Fast service. Good food. The pad see ew had a lot of garlic so overall the dish was super flavorful and well made. The shrimp was cooked very tender. Had a good amount of carrots and broccoli for veggies. Will definitely get again

The pineapple fried rice is so soft and sticky. I wonder when did they change their rice? The Chicken Pho was too salty. Is that salt or too much MSG? Somethings have changed and not for the better.

Food: 3 - 4.25. Came by on a Thursday around 6 pm as a recommendation from a friend. The parking lot was mostly full and it was busy inside. I ordered food to go and she said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I ordered their Pad Thai with chicken, Pad Se Eew with beef, and Pineapple Curry with chicken. Almost exactly 30 minutes later, she called my name. I checked on the food when it was ready to go and it was at the right temperature. I tried everything and, to me, the pineapple curry was the best and I would definitely order it again. The pad see ew was standard. The pad Thai was disappointing. Maybe I should have ordered it with shrimp. Service was good. The place has only inside seating and can't really handle large groups. Service: 4 Ambiance: 3 Value: 3.5

Beat Thai in the area. Their vegetable soup is wonderful. Staple Thai dishes are always good as well as the cashew chicken. We don't live very close, but will make the drive on occasion. Suggest giving them a try. read more

I dream of eating here, being from Lompoc and being in the Military stationed away from home whenever I have a chance to take leave and come home I eat here! Definitely one of my favorite Thai fusion restaurants I have ever ordered from. The flavors were so good in everything I ordered. The lady who checked me out helped me to decide on the Panang curry, which I have never had and it was so worth it! And I always have to try the fresh spring rolls! So so good! Also, the pad Thai is a fan favorite. My friends ordered it and loved every bit of it! I have my food the next day for lunch and it still tasted as good as the night I ordered it! read more

If you want solid, affordable Thai food in Lompoc look no further than Suvans! The Tom Kha soup was a standout and had the prefect portion of coconut milk, fish sauce, and chicken. The pad Thai chicken and Pad se ew were just alright in my opinion but its hard to beat that $8 price tag. dont forget the Thai iced tea w/ boba here too! I have a hard time finding decent boba here on the central coast but the boba her wasn't bad at all. read more

I don't make many reviews but there is a serious lack of Thai food in the whole area and this by far the best of the bunch. That's why it's always super busy. I have never had something bad from this place. The beef larb is supreme with an actual steak cooked and cut and the pad Thai is awesome. They do have odd hours sometime and the phone is pretty busy but there is definitely a reason for that! read more

My friend and I had dinner at Suvans Kitchen recently, and everything smelled so good that our mouthes actually started watering the minute we walked through the door! I had a side of crab rangoons with then chicken pad Thai for dinner, and everything was completely delicious! Our server was quietly efficient once we placed our orders, and very patient while we contemplated what we were going to have. The menu here is quite diverse and features a number of different Asian cuisine options, so it's a good bet that everyone in your party will be satisfied :-) read more

Winner of Best of the Worst 2019 for Worst Thai Food from Thousand Oaks to Santa Maria. Truly the one of the worst places I've ever had to experience a 2nd time around. Hitting me with the blandest food and smallest portion sizes yet again, Suvans will go down in history as a half a***d attempt at Thai. All the 5 star reviewers must be tastelets -- someone who is incapable of differentiating good food from bad food, and who would enjoy the bad food more often than not. Any restaurant can make curry, or Thai tea, or add fruits and sugars to an oily fried dish and sprinkle some msg on top to give it that extra oomph. Suvans tries to do all of that, but what Suvans does really well is skimping out on anything and everything that's supposed to make Thai food good with the hopes that you don't complain about the food they sparingly shovel onto your plate. Lacking portion size, spices, and skilled cooks, Suvans seems to be a favorite amongst those unskilled in the kitchen and the many who permanently live off of take-out. I asked for my money back when I saw what they tried to give me. Suvans is honestly terrible and I will never revisit this place ever again. read more

Customer service, food presentation, and flavor were all 5+ stars! I failed to take a photo to post. I couldn't help myself. The food was too good to spare. Today I ordered their Crab Rangoon's, Pad Thai Shrimp, and chicken fried rice. The price was fair for the over proportions. You'll definitely have leftovers or enough for (2) servings per entree. I vote Suvan's your best comfort food for Lompoc! read more

Some of finest Pho I have ever tried. On a chilly night this was the perfect dish to have. Their Thai Tea with boba was also very good and a perfect companion for the Vietnamese soup. It was to no surprise that upon my visit it was relatively busy. Something this good is surely to catch a lot of attention. A must try and will be back for more. read more

Suvans is a great local restaurant in the heart of Lompoc. Fresh, flavorful spices, noodles and savory dishes made fresh to order. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant structure is nothing fancy BUT you go for the food, not the ambiance. One of my go-to dishes is Pad Thai with either chicken or pork and my husband always gets the orange chicken with plain rice. Lompoc and Santa Maria offer little choice of Asian cuisine, so this delicious Thai/Lao inspired cuisine is delicious. Favorite Thai place in the area! We just moved to the area, and this is my go to Thai restaurant so far. It's a great price for a good amount of food. I've already been here a few times. Lol. My go to order would have to be Thai Iced Tea, Pad Thai and mango with sticky rice. I feel like Pad Thai is a hard dish to perfect, and they've definitely perfected the flavor and texture! I've had homemade Pad Thai, and have ordered Pad Thai from bigger cities, like San Francisco, and smaller towns. Some restaurants have the flavor down, while others just can't get the texture correctly. The only suggestion I have is to maybe use chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts, as the chicken can be pretty dry. They use chicken breasts for the orange chicken so it's not my favorite. They're also open for takeout during the quarantine. You can call ahead of time and place your order so you don't have to wait. read more

I think it was an honest mistake. Also the food was good so I will be back.

This is the nearest place for me to get my pho in this area. Sad to say, their pho is tricky. Some days you will get really good broth and flavor, and next day, its really blend and plain. You really don't know what you gonna get. I am not sure its because they have different cooks working, is that why the portions are different time to time too? But like I said its perfect for me to get craving out of the way. Service could really be nonexistent sometimes. I try to avoid lunch and dinner rush, so most of time I get pretty good service, and food comes out on time. But couple times, when it got busy, it lacks a lot. My recommendation is be ready to order when the server comes around the first time. One last thing, they really need to do something about that ceiling. come on, am I the only one noticing the disgustingly unsanitary ceiling? Owner put in that much money to fix the paint and décor, you should look up and fix the problem. I feel like I have to cover my bowl when I am eating because I am afraid that something might fall from the ceiling. read more

This is absolutely the best restaurant in town. I eat from there at least 1 time a week and sometimes more. The food is fresh, healthy and taste delicious. I'm a vegetarian and there are several dishes I can have there. The owner, Michael, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. My daughter worked a Suvan's and speaks very highly of him and the restaurant. I don't see why others said this isn't very good, because every one I've ever taken to Suvan's loves it and it becomes their favorite restaurant. A++++100% great! read more

We live just outside of Lompoc and always went to Goleta for the best Pho. Took a chance and tried Suvan's Pho. Exceptional! The broth is fantastic and comes with a good helping of all the add-ins.
