The situation WAS urgent given that evening temperatures were in the 40s and the house needed heat. Tuesday morning we had another HVAC technician come over who diagnosed the issue within half an hour! and contacted the manufacturer soon after to remedy the situation. Not trying to "hurt" a small business, but as this interaction represents what you do, it's unacceptable. Try to imagine a customer's dissatisfaction when they're ticked off enough not to answer your call. BTW the Yelp name is my son's who regularly uses social media whereas I don't.

Not only did HWS staff damage appliances and countertops, they created rework for other service providers. And, the owner wasn't nice about it. At all. Customers are afraid to talk to him. He's worked with everyone in the music industry (not naming names, but everyone), so whether you need a studio, a full house, a spa--he's your guy. But the reason I'm writing this review isn't just about his stellar work. After many years of being lucky enough to call Mike my electrician, today I got to call him a superhero. Now look, please don't expect this kind of thing if you're a new client--but today I had a total catastrophe (non-electric--think delivery truck chaos threatening to take out trees and possibly my house), and Mike, seeing me majorly panicking, stepped in and saved the day. No hesitation. He's a problem-solver extraordinaire (and really strong!!). He's also just a really proud dad and husband, and that energy shows in everything he does. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but you want this human on your team. If you're lucky enough to book him, you won't regret it. And for the practically minded--he's fair, efficient, and has a solid and reliable crew. Excellent work- the real deal. Thanks for saving me today, Mike!
