He was able to fix the pipe and stop the water but when it came time to pay he added on a $150 "inconvenience fee" because he had to go into my crawl space. There was no mention of this ahead of time on the phone or when he got here. As a fellow small business owner this is just bad business. Had I known about the fee, I would have used someone else. I feel like I got ripped off and taken advantage of and won't be using him again. I've also already told numerous friends in the area and they won't be using him either.

Had to pull a well pump, he located the problem, it was a wire that was worn. He was able to fix that wire, notice other problem in the prior installation, address them as wells. The entire job was done that night, working until 8:30 PM. He was very easy to speak with, was able to clearly explain and show me the problems and worked hard until the job was done right.
