So now that I'm a woman a particular age... the question at hand is mammogram or colonoscopy? So I'm not sure which one is worse a colposcopy or mammogram?!?!? Oh my gosh I so was not looking to this appointment!! I was able to schedule my appointment on a Sunday which I was thankful for. The ladies working today we're more than personable. There was one time during my visit that we actually bent over laughing so hard because I could not handle the mammogram machine. I mean let's be honest I never met this woman yet I get to show her my goods!?!?! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Thank you ladies for making this a pleasant experience!

Upon walking into the office, I was asked to scan my temperature, put a surgical mask on over my own, and have a seat. Having called ahead to see how the wait room looked, I knew that I would not be waiting for long. Soon, I was called back by the x-ray technician. He gave me a gown to change (partially) into in a dressing room across from his office, and instructed me to come in whenever I was ready. He was extremely professional as he helped me tie my gown, don the gonadal shield, set my braids to the side, and assume various positions for the imaging. He was very gentle and kind, which meant a lot to me. When the procedure was over, he instructed me that the radiologist would look at the x-ray, notate their impressions, and send them to my surgeon. Overall, I was in and out in about 45 minutes or less. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the technician was quite efficient and professional. Obviously, I hope I don't have to do this again, but if and when I do, I would probably return to this location.

I am extremely claustrophobic, which has greatly affected my life to the point where I had had MRI scans many years ago that completely left me scared to death to have any more in the future, even with taking Valium to get through the procedure! I heard about a new MRI machine called a "wide bore" that was several inches wider inside and a bit shorter in length to the traditional MRI machines I've been in the past, and that this particular location had one, I just had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Well, I made my appointments to get two scans done here on two different days with the new machine, and I have to tell you, they made the experience so easy and comfortable, knowing my situation, that I will never fear getting an MRI again, as long as I have one done in one of these new machines! The entire experience was hands down easier and more thought out than any other MRI in where they do everything in their ability to keep you calm, comfortable and at peace, especially if you suffer from claustrophobia and the "fight or flight" panic being in an enclosed situation. Granted, I took some meds my doctor gave me to aid in the relaxation of my visit, but in the past, that didn't really help, and attribute the new machine and the professionals here who really cared so well for me. I'm so thankful to them and for Dignity Health for this option of MRI for us who can't fathom getting into a regular machine! They even let my husband accompany me on my last scan to make me feel even Comforted! Thank you, Dignity Health!

Asked to arrive at 0645 Arrived five minutes early. Kind of difficult to find. Especially in the dark. The entrance is in the back of the facility. Perhaps could be more lighting. Do not think this a Dignity problem. The admission person was friendly and personable at o dark hours. Was checked in and before I could finish paperwork was called back. Rafael was my technologist . Rafael was very personable. Rafael took great care of me. I am post operative for shoulder surgery. I expressed my concerns. He helped me get positioned in the MRI and feel comfortable. That twenty two minutes passed quickly. Appreciate you.

The building is tucked off the main road in a business park area.Overall it was a much better visit than I anticipated. I hate drawing blood since I have thin veins and it has never been an easy pain free experience for me. But this time it was. Sigh of relief. The technician was fantastic. She definitely knew what she was doing. She was no nonsense, straightforward, and efficient. Not mean or disinterested. But also not exuding rainbow and unicorn vibes. She thoroughly and quickly found my veins, and got down to business extracting. I barely noticed the shot, little pinching sensation thats all. No issues of soreness, not even the next day. There was only two technicians working with one being a trainee that was observing. The low staffing is neither of their faults. It seems that it is Quest's business model of streamlining staffing. For instance, right when you walk in, there is no human staff to assist in check in. The checkin is by self serve kiosk. And that touch screen was not cooperating with me. It did not easily recognize my touch. And if you take too long responding or it does not recognize your touch, it will time you out. You guessed it, it will start the process all over. Ugh. I was seen quickly since I had an appointment which I set weeks ahead of time. The appointment was easy to make online but please make sure you are correctly checking the correct test(s) needed.

All three doctors went above and beyond to make my kiddos feel safe and cared for. Huge plus that they have an xray machine at the location! Will always recommend rainbow kids.

No imaging... it was like a 5 minute office visit literally in and out. They're in-network and charged my insurance over $600 for it, yikes. We paid our copay in office. Then we got a bill for $200 in the mail? With absolutely zero explanation of what the charge was for. How much are they trying to make off this? We usually use MDSTAT in EDH and they've never sent us an extra bill. Anyway, I figured it was a mistake and waited for them to clear it up with insurance. They sent it straight to collections like 2 months later. When I tried to call their billing office, no answer, I left a voice mail and they never got back to me. I just paid it to get it over with but 100% will never go back here. I've never had a medical or dental office send a bill to collections, ever, let alone so fast without trying to clear it up with me first. And truly can't believe they charged that much for such a simple procedure. I still don't know what the $200 charge was for considering they're in network and we paid our copay. Oh well, we'll stick with MDSTAT.

The second I started showing symptoms, I went to urgent care so I could get antibiotics before it got worse. They refused to give me antibiotics because they "can't justify it". I left and got significantly worse that evening. Fever to 104 and Tylenol/ibuprofen barely brought it down to 101. Im an RN so I don't just seek antibiotics for nothing. I am aware of what does and doesn't require antibiotics. The next morning, my husband took me back to urgent care stating I needed antibiotics, as he got very sick (he is healthy) with bacterial pneumonia and I am exhibiting the exact symptoms and he has never seen me this sick. Again, "I can't justify it"... I had 5 days of fevers ranging from 102-104 without it breaking. I finally called my PCP on day 5 because I knew I wouldn't get help here. He was very upset that urgent care knew I was severely immunocompromised and knew my husband had confirmed bacterial pneumonia (yes, we showed the results) and refused to treat me. Long story short, I DID have bacterial pneumonia and did not show any progress until after I started antibiotics. I was very close to requiring an ER visit but I am stubborn. As a nurse, I was appalled at the lack of knowledge with the providers treating immunocompromised patients.
