Garret came in slightly under the others - and actually was able to do a little more within my budget than the other options! We also love that when he came out, he actually had sample grasses for us to pick from on the spot and a booklet of all the paver options, so it was easy to visualize the end result. He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. And when it was done, they let me keep the excess materials, in case we ever need repairs down the line. Highly recommend!

We hired project manager Al of Exodus Construction and Remodeling to update the original backyard pool. From day one, Al was there answering questions and adding ideas. As first time pool owners we appreciated his expertise. His timeline, explanations and regular visits were very helpful as we went through demo of pool and the cement patio. The various crews he employed for each step provided quality construction and cleaned up their worksites when completed. With Al's guidance and encouragement we felt very comfortable during the process. We decided to add a spa, resurfaced both pool and spa with micro pebbles, added pavers to the patio, and had a patio cover built. Al's project manager's assistant Eli was very helpful when Al could not be there. We highly recommend Exodus Construction. FIVE stars!!

Unlike others who simply came, took a few notes, made some measurements, and gave us vague (and often outrageous) estimates, Mr. Gusto took the time to truly listen to what we wanted. He came prepared--not only with professionalism but also with ideas, thoughtful suggestions, and a genuine desire to help us realize our vision. His communication, insight, and customer service far exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was how upfront and honest Mr. Gusto was throughout the process. He treats his clients with care and respect, and it shows in every aspect of his work. His team was equally impressive--especially his right-hand man, Mr. Dimitrio, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every request. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. The transformation of our courtyard speaks for itself. The before-and-after photos showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and heart Exodus puts into every project--big or small. Thanks to Mr. Gusto and his team, our once plain space is now a functional, beautiful area we're proud to share with friends, family, and neighbors. We highly recommend Exodus Construction and Remodeling under the care and supervision of Mr. Gusto. We hired Regal for a full front-and-backyard renovation and are very happy with how it all turned…read moreout! Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. We'd hire Joseph and Regal again without hesitation. They also finished well ahead of schedule which let us enjoy the yard for enough time before some upcoming travel plans.

The situation was disappointing and frustrating to say the least, so I took matters into my own hands and called LA Concrete Works to see if they can fix the job for me. After reviewing the job and settling on a final start date, I could already see that this team was exceptional at what they do. Joe was communicative, ready to answer any question, and very lovely to work with - he is very detailed and came to visit the site often despite their busy schedule. I was looking to install pavers over ~1500 sq feet in my back and side yard, with planting areas and an artificial turf corner for my dogs to do their business. Max immediately took note of the drainage issues that I had on my property and came up with a very technically sound plan of installing a sump pump and draining the water onto the street. I was fearful of the cost as it sounded like a lot of labor involved (and it was!), but I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was in-line with the other quotes I received that did not have a drainage plan. After a couple of very professional and kind email exchanges back and forth, we were able to negotiate a final price that I was happy with without compromising the look I was going for. 2) Work phase - Max estimated that the work would take 2 weeks, and they completed it in 1.5 weeks. What a crew he had! They were amazingly efficient and professional. They had to manually haul away 4 full containers of dirt to get my property at the right drainage levels. Max came every day to check on progress, and his onsite foreman was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I was so impressed with the amount of coordination the team had. The last thing to be done was to install the tiles that I bought for the stair risers. They ended up being a bit too large and each one had to be cut down to size. It was very labor intensive, but Max was okay with it because his motto during the entire time was "I want you to be completely happy with the result". And I totally was. My yard is gorgeous with the "Spanish courtyard" feel that I was going for! 3) The aftermath - We had a full day of rain this past week in our area and it was a great way to see how the drainage worked. We used to have puddles form all over our property after a rainy day (mosquito heaven!), but now my entire yard properly drains out to the street. No more puddles. No more overflow water rushing into my back neighbor's yard. It was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Titan Pavers again once it's time for me to repave my driveway. I recommend them 100%!

David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions.
