George is the man. Had some work done to my 2020 KTM 350. Although it's a street legal bike and set up factory as more of a cruiser I ride super aggressive and fast. I've even done 800 miles of Baja 1000 pre-running and a few endurance races with this set up. George is THE MAN! Was fed up with my aer forks after two years. Knew they were not as plush as I needed for hard enduro/single track. George recommended installing explorer forks with his gobbler valves. I was very skeptical as was told by a few people that the explore was shorter and would throw off the geometry of my bike. Were they wrong. Bike never handled better. No bouncing in and out of turns. Tracked wherever I pointed it. Better traction. I wish I did this two years ago but thought I could get used to the air fork. And the gobbler valves are super plush and easy to adjust. Best thing I ever did. I can't say enough. If you are needing suspension work done and have found Suspension101, don't look any further. I don't take the time to do reviews very much, but George provides a level of service you don't find much any more. I've had him do work on two bikes now, a 2018 KTM 1090R and a 2006 YZ250. Both times, he took the time to clearly understand my current issues and my future goals. He does not take a "one setup fits all" approach and sets your suspension up based on what you are wanting to accomplish When I started working with him on the 1090, he had only done a few other 1090's prior and let me know that up-front. We went back and forth a few times dialing in the setup with George making a change, and I giving him feedback. It was a very easy experience, and in the end, I have a big adventure bike I can ride off-road at speeds close to a trail bike. It is plush over all the trail junk, but has great bottoming resistance for the big hits and "Oh-Sheeet!" moments. Geo is an expert in motorcycle suspensions. The rear suspension on my 2013 KLR 650 started to leak oil and all of sudden became very soft. Luckily I found Suspension101 on Yelp. What a little gem in the hiding. Suspension 101 has re-valved three of my bikes and all of them were nothing short of mind-blowing. Used to be a big fan of Factory Connection, ENZO, RG3...Pro Circuit. Yea...I get around. But George somehow kept on delivering a ride that I continue to marvel at.
