Duke 200
Adam R.

Chris helped me with my purchase of my Duke 200. The very easiest motorcycle deal I've ever done. The Duke 200 is amazing, I took it to streets of willow. Everyone said it would be to slow, let me tell you it is not. The bike might be underpowered, but it breaks amazing , the chassis is solid and the suspension is neutral ( not a pogo ). Paul , and the finance lady were also great to work with.

Well, I came back for my upgrade. Once again Chris and his team took care of me. I honestly couldn't ask for more. Every staff member you encounter at GP is extremely professional and helpful. I am so looking forward to riding my new 390. Thank you GP!

Wanted to say thank you for the great service! I recently had the 22.5K service done on my Ducati Monster 1100 Evo there- the bike performed superb and feels dialed in! Appreciated the great customer service and technicians expertise. Thanks again

They have a lot of sport motorcycles and the service is good. I'm gonna buy another motorcycle in 2024 and here gonna be my 1 option.

This was my first time buying a motorcycle from them, and Chris at GP Moto helped me with my purchase of the 2024 Ducati Supersport S. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle from a dealership. He was super professional and went above and beyond to meet me in the middle. I highly recommend anyone looking into getting a bike check out GP Moto and Chris. The staff there is also awesome as well. Overall, I'm a happy customer, and they have earned my business. I will definitely buy another bike from them in the future.

2018 Hypermotard 939

I just wanna send a big thank you to Matt in service. He was able to squeeze me in on a day's notice and take care of a factory issue, and opened up a whole new personality to my daily driver. This was the latest of many visits where Matt had provided great service with a professional attitude. I've purchased 2 Ducatis from GP in the last 4 years and the sales, service, and parts departments have been spectacular. I got a screaming deal on my first Ducati, a 2018 Hypermotard 939. I enjoyed the hell out of it on my daily commute and whenever I could find time to go out for a ride. I stopped by a couple of months ago and a 2023 Streetfighter V4, my dream bike, was sitting there on the sales floor. Chris & Rafael gave me a good price on my trade-in and I rode away on my new bike with the biggest smile on my face in my 20 years of riding.

Whenever we stay in Little Italy, it's usually because we are picking up something at GP Motorcycles. Everything you need for all your gear needs is here with fantastic customer service. I got my stylish Dianese jacket here with all the internal padding and back protection which fits like a glove due to all the venting in all the right places. We appreciate the Italian bikes and love their apparel as well! Paul is one of the most genuine, honest people around . He's on par with Dave Richardson from Moto International. He knows how to buy and look after his customers with some of the best deals on motorcycles. Customer service at this location is unparalleled. I always look to how a problem is handled. The rubber fastener on my windbreaker was cracking and they replaced the entire jacket. I was not expecting that! So much inventory, you will never know what you are going to find next.

Drove down from Costa Mesa, totally worth the drive. Jame's in Service was friendly and knowledgeable about my Aprilia RSV4. Made me feel like I was in the right place. I've been looking for a place I could trust with my bike, I've found it

I recently bought a Ducati and now coming in to GP Motorcycles to service it and to buy parts/apparel for it. The customer service here has been superb and wanted to give a special shout out to Matt Baez in Service and Joe Salgado in parts. These two individuals truly understand how to make their customers feel valued and go above and beyond expectations with very interaction. Thank you for always being great, for taking the time to take care of my bike and myself. Your efforts are not being overlooked. MRivers - Proud owner of a 2013 Ducati Panigale 1199 R :)

Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

Ivan and Steven were beyond helpful answering my questions of safety and performance. With their help I ended up purchasing a Mantis X in the box for a black Friday deal, saving almost $1k. Come Christmas Day my son opened the box and we easily assembled the bike. He was so excited! Then the battery wouldn't charge. Poor guy spent Christmas sitting on the bike imaging the ride. After research it appeared the battery level got too low where it needed to be "woken up" before the charger could recognize it. 12/26 I contacted Steven and spoke to him and Ivan about what to do. Because I was returning to SD to visit again they asked me to stop by the shop to replace the battery with one they had on the floor model. The problem is they were closed that Monday I would be there. Ivan came to the store to open up for me so we could exchange the battery. They knew how far I was traveling and made everything work to get my kids bike running. Super thankful to Ivan and Steven and all their help with this process. I will definitely be a return customer! These bikes are so much fun, I want one for me now.

The shop isn't as large as other motorcycle dealerships, but it's clean, bright and usually has all the models of Triumphs and Royal Enfields offered. I popped into the shop a couple of times back in 2023 and 2024, mostly just window shopping and romanticizing the idea of owning my dream Triumph one day. During those visits, I was blown away by the level of customer service Jeff gave me, even though it was clear I wasn't ready to buy yet. I remember telling him, "Mark my words -- the next time I buy a motorcycle, I'm going out of my way to support you guys and I'll only do business with Triumph San Diego." Fast forward nearly three years later, I was randomly browsing the website and saw my budget-friendly dream bike -- a Street Twin in Matte Ironstone -- had just come into the shop. I knew I had to impulsively buy it right away. Jeff, Todd, and Holland were absolutely amazing throughout the entire purchasing process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really can't emphasize enough how good Jeff is at his job -- he treats every customer like it's his first time helping them and genuinely cares about the experience. I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.
