Staff was friendly and the location is super convenient to my workplace. Bento box lunch was $15.95. We also ordered two yakitori skewers. The chicken meatball skewer came with three generously sized, flavorful meatballs -- very tasty. The other was bacon-wrapped scallops. While the scallops were on the smaller side and a bit undercooked, the sweet sauce on both skewers was delicious.

Waited another 10 minutes and knocked again, still no response and I can see they see me. At this point I'm just upset, it's been practically 30 minutes since I placed my order and I'm just stuck waiting outside (multiple people tried to enter during this time to no avail, everybody but me left!). Finally after my third knock attempt within about 25 minutes one of the employees comes and sheepishly opens the door for me. I went to use the bathroom and came out, seeing that they were preparing something that I assumed was my order so I just stood there and waited. Apparently my order was ready by this point but I didn't know because it took about 5 minutes of me (the ONLY customer in the store) standing there for them to even ask me how they can help. The bowl itself was mediocre: tuna and salmon didn't taste fresh at all and in fact had a weird texture and flavor like they took the raw cubes and threw them in a microwave for 5 seconds.
