I had indicated in the reservation that we were coming to celebrate a birthday but none of the staff acknowledged this. The restaurant was busy but not too loud. Despite hearing a lot about the ambiance, I did not think the decor was anything out of this world. Given that this was our first time at the restaurant, we took our time looking over the menu. I felt that the waitress was a bit impatient and wanted us to make up our minds. She never offered any suggestions and when we told her we needed a minute she took that literally and did not seem happy we needed more than the additional 60 seconds she provided. We ordered the crispy rice (2 pieces tuna and 2 pieces salmon), the classic ceviche, Paper Tuna roll, Salmon Furai roll, Spicy Tuna roll, and Hamachi Jalapeño roll. I had indicated to the waitress that we wanted the crispy rice and ceviche to start with the rolls brought afterwards, but the sushi came out before anything else. She then brought out the wrong ceviche and the proper order was not brought out until the end of our meal. Despite these mishaps, the table agreed that the food was good.
