Just went for some bobba smoothies and they were so delicious!! I got a passion fruit one and ube so delicious and made fresh to order . Everyone was super friendly and the environment can be romantic and or a place to chill with dim lights. All natural fruits will be back to try their food. A lady inspired me when she went to the restuarant by herself that means the food must be good because I do the same lol when everyone's busy

At the Hi pot Taiwanese restaurant Stinky Tofu Hot pot it's the most try !!, every table is set with a bubbling hot pot in the middle, where you choose your own hot pot --the stinky tofu one being their signature. The restaurant is filled with the rich aroma of herbs and spices, and the décor blends traditional Asian elements with a modern twist. People come for the thrill of trying the bold flavors--paired with fresh meats, veggies, and their own customizable dipping sauces. It's a place for bold food and even bolder memories.

Came to try this place out on a cold miami night. Nice mid size spot next to FIU; it has a very calm and cozy vibe. The servers did their best with attending everyone . They did seem low on staff for tonight but overall I give it a five star for the delicious broth I just had . I definitely feel satisfied and it was so filling and full of flavor . The hi pot does come with a side of small white rice and I added potato noodles without realizing it but no regrets at all!

Delicious personal hotpot. We got the: -beef hot pot: beef slices, vermicelli, cabbage, fish tofu, beef balls, etc. the soup was so delicious and so heart warming. -curry hot pot: super tasty broth! This was our first meal in Florida and it hit the spot after traveling for hours. Would definitely come back Service was very good

Food- if you love a pot filled with all sorts of vegetables and proteins this is your meal. This pot literally had fish, chicken, pork, eggs, calamari, and shrimp! The base was miso, very flavorful and not spicy at all. There are several different pots to choose from, including spicy spicy ones! Comes served over a stove top, so it stays nice and hot the entire time. One pot is PLENTY for two large appetites. LOVED the lychee boba! Ambiance- very relaxed venue, part of a strip mall.

Best spot in Miami for Hi-Pot! This is comfort food and it's so good!! The service is quick, the food comes out quick. I've never had to wait to be seated! The decor is definitely from their first location but great space overall! Located in a perfect area

We're glad to be back at Hi Pot Miami! We started with the octopus salad as an appetizer -- fresh and delicious. My wife ordered the Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Pot, which came with plenty of meat and fantastic flavor. I had the lamb hot pot, also very good. We substituted the noodles and rice for mushrooms, and the waitress was very accommodating -- no extra charge. The service was excellent overall, and we really appreciated how nice and attentive our server was. We're already planning to bring our friends from Michigan when they visit again, since they've been here before and loved it. Highly recommended!

After a visit at the Frost Art Museum at FIU we needed lunch. The shopping center on 107th has a variety of places. We decided to give this a try. It was worth it. The decor is kind of weird, representative of a past tenant, maybe a Greek restaurant. It's a hot pot restaurant, but diners get an individual "pot" rather than the communal pot in other similar restaurants. Service was good, but a little bit slow as every order seemed to be assembled individually. It was not a long wait, and well worth it. My husband had a beef hot pot; mine was lamb - medium spice; it was a bit above my spice level, but I enjoyed. The dishes are topped with rice noodles that you have to stir in to quickly cook. Lots of meat, tofu, vegetables, and other ingredients. I did not that quail eggs, a favorite, are add-ins; I'll add them next time. Service was just great. The servers took time to talk to everyone and explain their food. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy. We'll add this to the list of post-museum eateries.

The sweetest servers ever. She took great care of me and the food was so delicious. They helped me out with the menu and they haven't disappointed me. They even give discounts to FIU students! Def recommend this place!

This was such a fun experience. The staff was great with suggestions and helping order. The food was super yummy and loved all the sauces I was able to add. The inside was super clean and tons of space to sit.

Very good service. All the servers were nice and attentive even though they had a full house. The hot pot is flavorful and full of toppings. Only downside is that some pieces are not chewable (octopuses and beef) Good boba, but a tiny bit too sweet for me.

It's nice to have a legit hotpot place around Miami, a city that's pretty lacking in good Asian food. My wife and I came here late on a Saturday ever driving back from the Keys and had a nice dinner before getting home. Unfortunately, they didn't have any of the stinky tofu left that we wanted to get as an appetizer, but the beef and lamb hot pots we had were filling and tasty. The each came with their own personal pot over a little fire loaded with the right amount of fuel to keep it running through most of the dinner. The portions of meat in each were the most impressive part of the meal, they really do not skimp on the sliced beef or lamb. Each pot was put together nicely with a good assortment of meat, veggies, tofu, noodles, and other fillings like fish cakes or mushrooms etc, and topped up with a tasty meaty broth. The place is on the smaller side so it has a chill and relaxed vibe, but service was still attentive and pretty prompt. In a city that does not have a ton of great Asian food, it's nice to have Hi Pot around as a reliable and affordable hot pot joint.

If you want an authentic hot pot in Miami then this is the place. If you want it spicy, then this is the place. This place offers all kinds of hot pots. Whether you like beef, lamb, seafood or vegetarian, you can't go wrong with any of their piping hot concoctions. Each hot pot is prepared to your liking and served tableside. I love their Thai Tom Yum Hot Pot with pork slices and also the Sichuan Spicy Pot which will definitely surprise your mouth with spicy bold flavors. They also offer street food style appetizers like Tokoyaki, Calamari, Baby Octopus Salad and my favorite, the Spicy Stinky Tofu. I highly recommend it if you're brave enough. LOL Love this place. Service is good, the place is small but very comfortable, the food is the real deal, and also plenty of parking. If you're on a budget and want something hearty, come here hungry.

Ask the Community - Hi Pot Miami

Will it open on Christmas day?

    Yes

Is the hot pot portion for 1 person or 2?

It depends on how much you eat! If you get a couple of appetizers two can easily share one hot pot. On the other hand, if you're into eating like me, one hot pot per person is the way to go!

Are we allowed to share 1 hot pot dish?

Yep! Usually share the spicy sichuan one with my boyfriend and it's the perfect size

Are any of the soups gluten free?

You can ask for substitution on everything and like someone else said take the noodles out. So for example take the noodles out and switch for veggies. As for gluten free noodles I don't think so.

    Do they serve alcohol?

No, but they have delicious boba

    Any vegan options?

Yes we have healthy veggie hot soup.

I'll start with a positive: I actually really liked the anime-themed decor. It's unique, fun, and definitely adds personality to the space. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The customer service wasn't great. It felt inattentive and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for the meal. We ordered two servings of crab rangoon, and I was honestly shocked at both the price and the quality. To put it simply it was the worst crab rangoon I've ever had. They tasted like they were deep-fried in old oil, with that heavy, stale aftertaste. They didn't seem fresh at all more like something pulled from a freezer and quickly dropped into the fryer. When I opened them up, there was barely any filling besides cream cheese. I couldn't find any actual crab inside, which was really disappointing, especially considering how much they charged for them. I was genuinely sad about how much money we spent on those two orders, only to be completely let down. I love supporting unique, themed spots and the anime vibe really had potential but unfortunately, the food quality and service just didn't meet expectations. I hope they improve because the concept itself is cute.
