We came here for lunch and got 2 of the $38 sushi plate which comes with yellowtail, tuna, salmon, shrimp albacore and a choice of baked salmon or spicy tuna cut roll. The fish quality was actually pretty good, the nigiri was fresh and tasty w a decent rice to fish ratio, the rolls were pretty standard. I would say that this was a reasonable price for what we got especially given how everything in Vegas is so expensive. Definitely not a bang for your buck but not too expensive to where I felt scammed either. Good choice for a light lunch if you're not too hungry, although I did end up a little more full than I expected to when I first saw how much food there was. For drinks we got plum wine (umeshu) and beer. Both of these were good, I love plum wine and really like when places offer it. Service was fast, we got here around noon and they weren't busy at all with maybe only 3 other tables at the same time as us. Servers/hostess were nice and attentive. Ambiance was nice, typical modern Asian sushi restaurant vibes. I will say the lighting was a little weird it was muted/dim for the most part but where I was sat was directly below a light so it felt a little too bright in contrast. My family & I came here for dinner saturday night! First off i'm so glad we got seated without a reservation. The food was sooo good! It was getting late-ish and we were walking around Caesar's to find a place for dinner. Sushi Roku was one of the first places we spotted at the forum shops and decided to walk in. Had no idea they were closing soon-ish. Whoops! We were seated and we each got their Matcha Miruku Sour drink (pendleton whiskey, pineapple, coconut, matcha, ube foam), and it was pretty good! Who knew whiskey and ube would be so delicious together. We than ordered our food and after that arrived, we were asked if we wanted to order more since their kitchen was closing. Here's what we tried- Tokubetsu roll (crab, cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, black truffle pesto, yuzu vinaigrette) - yum yum! The black truffle pesto went to well with the whole thing. Deluxe sushi plate (yellowtail, tuna, salmon, shrimp, albacore & baked crab or spicy tuna cut roll [picked the baked crab], scallop, sea bream, toro jalapeño cut roll). Beautifully plated and it has good variety. Otherwise rather standard and the rolls were a bit on the bland side, but was still tasty. Crispy rice- each full order comes with 4 and they said we can mix it up so we did 2 yellowtail and 2 Wagyu. The yellowtail was really good, and the Wagyu was pretty good, but the crispy rice portion was a bit oily and took over from the topping flavors. Chicken- some protein and carbs with chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies after HYROX lol!! We were then given a dessert menu and we got mochi- green tea, mango, and strawberry. It's definitely pretty expensive for what you're getting, but service was really good and there were almost no people inside despite it being a weekday lunch. We had a bit of an issue with the fried tofu with fish sauce served even though we told them we were vegetarians. This was corrected later but by then it left a bad taste literally and figuratively. Also we were the last seating and felt like dishes were being cleared every few minutes to wrap up the table. Feedback: very seldom leave less than perfect reviews but there's definite room for improvement here. Please have more vegetarian options. Have staff be familiar with common diet restrictions. We were walking around Caesar's Palace when we were looking for a dinner spot. They have so many choices, but we did want something light and you can't go wrong with sushi. It took a bit to get there because it's tucked in all the way to the end. I only found it because I followed my map. When we walked up, I wasn't sure if they were open because there was no one in the front and the inside looked dim and empty. Came here for my mom and uncle's birthday. It was my uncle's 50th birthday so the whole family came for the celebration! We had a hugeeee group and they were still able to accommodate us in their private room. With reservation of course! The service there was impeccable. We were really craving Japanese food after having Italian, American, steak, and seafood on all the other nights during our conference. We were staying at the Wynn/Encore, and this restaurant was within a comfortable walking distance. My colleagues thoroughly enjoyed their time here -- even those who weren't typically fans of sushi. I love sushi, but I understand how difficult it can be to accommodate soy protein allergies. It's especially tough being Asian and allergic to soy. I wasn't able to enjoy a lot of the dishes, but I really appreciated the chef and waiter customizing my order so that I could still have something to eat. We ordered the American Wagyu beef to share, with the sauce on the side so my colleagues could dip it. I had a customized spicy scallop roll without soy sauce, which was delicious. We ended our meal with mochi ice cream -- by far the best part of the meal! My colleagues also ordered the Shishito Japanese peppers, the Katana, Gensai, and White Lotus rolls, along with a side of edamame and an unfiltered sake. They thoroughly enjoyed everything. Came in a few weeks ago for their very impressive locals deal where the entire menu was 50% off - including drinks and even the Roku Izakaya feast which is a set menu offering of their most popular menu items. As it was our first time here, we opted for this which came with the following: - Brussels Sprout Chips - Salmon Truffle Carpaccio - Yellowtail Diced Chiles - Spicy Tuna Hanabi - Beef Ribeye Wrapped Asparagus - Nigiri (albacore, salmon, toro) - Katana Roll - Tokubetsu Roll* - we actually substituted in this roll and paid the price difference; I want to say the original roll included was the White Lotus but not 100% sure - Mochi dessert Not sure if the menu rotates throughout the year. Standouts from the set menu were the Brussels Sprout Chips, Salmon Truffle Carpaccio, Yellowtail Diced Chiles, as well as the nigiri and rolls. The Katana is one of the most popular rolls based on Yelp reviews, and while it was good, we were definitely happy we subbed in the Tokubetsu which we liked even better. The Hanabi was supposedly a signature item per the menu, but this as well as the beef wrapped asparagus were fairly pedestrian. I also added the Baked Crab Hand Roll which is not part of the set menu but ended up being one of my favorite items from the dinner. This was easily worth it with the locals promotion, but honestly, the full price is still relatively competitive for what you're getting when compared with other set menus along the Strip. Be aware this restaurant overlooks Las Vegas Blvd. While this makes for some great views while eating, it's a decent walk from the Caesars parking garage. There's always doubts about having fresh fish in the middle of a desert right? Well, Sushi Roku has it it all. A girlfriend and I were having a girls night out and so we made reservations for Thursday night at 7PM. Unfortunately we were running late and didn't get there until 7:20PM but they were still very accommodating and we had a table no problem. The ambiance is classy, but not overly fancy. The were was a soft din and the lighting was a romantic glow. There was a touch of Japanese elegance in a trendy way. Even the restrooms were a Japanese tattooed motif which was really neat. We sat down and were told about the various options and special available before we decided to order. My friend got the Roku's Fusion drink, and we both also had water. We ordered the Organic Garden Salad, Miso soup, Tokubetsu roll and Eel and avocado roll. The salad and miso soup came out first, followed by the drink. The soup was flavorful, but was just a small rice bowl, but very fresh and the miso wasn't pasty or clumpy. The salad was of decent size and had a nice tangy dressing. My friend really liked her drink as well, beautifully presented. Then the tokubetsu and the eel and avocado rolls came out. They were very, very fresh (still shocking we are in a desert) and the quality spoke for itself (as well as the price). Each bite was enjoyed and devoured quite quickly. What was surprising was that for them closing at 9PM, people were still sitting down close to 8:50 PM and they still let them dine. That's some quality right there as many times you feel they are rushing to get rid of you. All in all it was a delicious meal. Stopped here for a quick bite. We each decided to get 1 roll and shishito peppers. We got an eel and avocado roll and tuna with cilantro and jalapeños on top. At the end we got some seared salmon. Never had it with lemon zest on top but it was amazing and should be on everything haha. All the rolls were high quality. The shishito peppers were on the softer side but had a great flavor. When they found out it was Zach's birthday they brought out that cute little dessert. No charge. The sushi chefs were polite and did a wonderful job. I'm pretty sure our server was also hosting?
