It was getting late-ish and we were walking around Caesar's to find a place for dinner. Sushi Roku was one of the first places we spotted at the forum shops and decided to walk in. Had no idea they were closing soon-ish. Whoops! We were seated and we each got their Matcha Miruku Sour drink (pendleton whiskey, pineapple, coconut, matcha, ube foam), and it was pretty good! Who knew whiskey and ube would be so delicious together. We than ordered our food and after that arrived, we were asked if we wanted to order more since their kitchen was closing. Here's what we tried- Tokubetsu roll (crab, cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, black truffle pesto, yuzu vinaigrette) - yum yum! The black truffle pesto went to well with the whole thing. Deluxe sushi plate (yellowtail, tuna, salmon, shrimp, albacore & baked crab or spicy tuna cut roll [picked the baked crab], scallop, sea bream, toro jalapeño cut roll). Beautifully plated and it has good variety. Otherwise rather standard and the rolls were a bit on the bland side, but was still tasty. Crispy rice- each full order comes with 4 and they said we can mix it up so we did 2 yellowtail and 2 Wagyu. The yellowtail was really good, and the Wagyu was pretty good, but the crispy rice portion was a bit oily and took over from the topping flavors. Chicken- some protein and carbs with chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies after HYROX lol!! We were then given a dessert menu and we got mochi- green tea, mango, and strawberry. Nicely cut and played with berries and powdered sugar. Overall great vibes, but felt bad we were one of the last customers to arrive and leave.

Great vibes and an even more incredible view of the strip. It's definitely pretty expensive for what you're getting, but service was really good and there were almost no people inside despite it being a weekday lunch. I do think the food is expensive, but almost everything in Vegas is expensive. My team and I ordered a few rolls, A5 wagyu on a hot stone, and some cold dishes. Everything came out really quickly, and out waitress was super nice.

Wow! What a treat! I don't think any sushi can compare to last night's dinner. The freshness and quality is unmatched. I loved the salmon with truffle shavings, tuna crudo, hamachi serrano, and fluke kumquat. So soo good! Beef skewer, spicy miso, and brussels are also a good try. I had 3 different cocktails and I can't recall their names but just as delicious. Staff were all wonderful and all of our items came out in a timely manner and accurately. Great vibes, good energy!

Amazing sushi and top notch service. The cocktails were delicious and strong. I highly recommend the hanabi with spicy tuna. The crispy fried rice square was perfect with the spicy tuna. What I love about the sushi rolls here is the rice is very minimal. They highlight the fish and are not just trying to make you full with rice. I really loved it here and would come back again.

American Wagyu Potsticker "Gyoza"

This place was great! Very attentive service which was good since we had two allergies at the table. We did the edamame and brussels sprouts to start. Both were excellent. I got the wagyu gyoza and it was lacking some flavor. Excellent mocktail choices.

Great service, awesome ambiance.. Food did not have vegetarian options. They told us that they could make any roll for us but it would have been great to have veg options to choose from. We had a bit of an issue with the fried tofu with fish sauce served even though we told them we were vegetarians. This was corrected later but by then it left a bad taste literally and figuratively. Also we were the last seating and felt like dishes were being cleared every few minutes to wrap up the table. Feedback: very seldom leave less than perfect reviews but there's definite room for improvement here. Please have more vegetarian options. Have staff be familiar with common diet restrictions. And move the last seating up rather than rush customers out. With some little tweaks I'm sure you will be a force to reckon with on the strip. Good luck!

I made a reservation the same day for two. It's on the third floor of the Caesar's forums shops and you take the twisty escalator up. The hostess and servers were very kind. We ordered two sushi dishes and one appetizer all of which was delicious. The fish was very fresh and filling. The lighting is very dim and there's a candle on the table which felt very romantic. We did feel a bit rushed and like there was not really an experience, just ordering and eating then leaving. We had to pay for our bill on a QR code and use our phones which also charged a service fee and felt highly impersonal and lazy. Why should I be charged a fee when I had to do the whole payment process myself?? The service charge is absolutely crazy when the servers didn't even provide any service

This hidden little gem inside the Cesar's shoppes on the 3rd floor was AMAZING! My husband and I loved every single bite! The restaurant has view to the strip and is very nice upscale inside. The service was amazing by everyone. The price was fair for what we ate, sashimi, popcorn shrimp, katana roll and some other stuff I can't recall . They also gave us complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was a sweet touch . Definitely recommend and I'm coming back the next time I'm in Vegas!

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I went for a late dinner Saturday night, restaurant was very nice and classy inside. Sushi was delicious and fresh probably one of the best sushi places I've ever been to. Service was so good. They took great care of us. My husband and I had no complaints and we definitely plan on going back.

We were walking around Caesar's Palace when we were looking for a dinner spot. They have so many choices, but we did want something light and you can't go wrong with sushi. It took a bit to get there because it's tucked in all the way to the end. I only found it because I followed my map. When we walked up, I wasn't sure if they were open because there was no one in the front and the inside looked dim and empty. While I was standing there looking at the menu someone came up so I asked and she said they were open. We were sat right away. We had a table with a nice view of the Linq area. Our server was very nice and welcoming. Offered to explain anything on the menu and was very patient while we looked it over. We ordered a salmon jalapeño roll, which was very fresh and tasty with a lime taste. Also had the yellow tail with avocado, which was really good as well. My Ramen was amazing. Great spice and creamy broth. Everything was great! I will definitely come back here when I'm in the area.

Ambiance was very nice but really quiet, so not ideal to bring little kids. Our waitress was amazing. Think her name was Sara? The food was good but sushi portion was really small!! Every table, including us, had to add more food. On top of that it's expensive. The highlight were the drinks and ramen! My kid ate up the hakata ramen. I probably wouldn't come back again

Katana Roll

Came here for happy hour and sat at the bar. I ordered the Katana & Tokubetsu rolls- which they said were popular. The katana roll is spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, topped with tuna and yellowtail. The tokubetsu roll is crab, cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, yuzu vinaigrette, and truffle pesto. I also ordered the veggie tempura & mushroom tempura which are well crisp and filling. The Roku Fusion is neft vodka, pineapple, cranberry, lime, & watermelon- it's a sweet and delicious drink.

Came here for my mom and uncle's birthday. It was my uncle's 50th birthday so the whole family came for the celebration! We had a hugeeee group and they were still able to accommodate us in their private room. With reservation of course! The service there was impeccable. They were so attentive with our needs and got our food and drinks in quickly! We finished eating in an hour. That's pretty crazy considering our family size. We had about 21 people including many kids. For the food, it's perfect as always. The sushi is great quality and their meat dishes are delicious. We also had a Chilean sea bass and it melted in our mouths. I would eat the whole plate if I could. Sushi Roku is my go to restaurant in Vegas so definitely will be back!

It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The lemonade was nothing special. The service was good but given the price and the quality of food, I couldn't care even if their service was superb. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.

Then you walk into the resturant in the back so it's like a speakeasy almost! Super cool and fun once you're inside. It's a bit on the louder side but I didn't mind it. The food service was super quick. The food came out one after another. I liked how quick it was. Our server also refilled our waters a couple times. However our table was wobbly and I think the server asked the manager to come and she looked as us at a loss for words lol. She didn't know what to do so we ended up just dealing w it. The food was pretty good! They also give you complementary bread in the beginning. Elote 10/10: this was probably our fave dish. Super flavorful and the corn was crunch and sweet. We added extra lime cuz we like it on the sour side and it was so good. Korean wings 7/10: pretty flavorful too and it comes w a sweet and sour sauce which I thought was okay. The crisp of the chicken was nice r and the wings were not dry. Kalbi tacos 6/10: sadly this one was not as good as I expected. The flavors were there but the kalbi was not as tender as I hoped. It was kinda chewy sadly. Kimchi carbonara 8/10: the pasta was cooked perfectly. I def tasted the kimchi. I just wish there more protein in there. I think there was supposed to be bacon bits but I barely tasted any of that lol. Overall it was a fun experience and I would return w a large group of people so I can try out their other menu items too.
