Great quality sushi! They have unique items that you can't get enough of like the battleships. Service is usually pretty good. It's a well lit and clean. Lots of seating.

This place is surprisingly spacious. Nothing fancy, still comfortable. This spot is good for groups. We were a group of seven people when we went there. The staff were friendly and very patient. They let us stay when getting the standard closing hours. The food was good. The sushi and sashimi are always prepared to order. This is better, IMHO, than your typical Asian buffet where they are just sitting on a counter for hours. Plus, their portions are larger. The fish quality is also good and fresh. It may not be an upscale, expensive sushi place that you get in NYC, but their stuff is still very delicious. It's "All You Can Eat" Sushi, what do you expect? It is worth coming back to.

I have came here a couple of times, though the quality has decreased a bit. I found hair in my food two times now, and once the beef teriyaki was cooked a bit raw. Besides that, everything else I ate from the sushi and everything was okay/average sushi. The AYCE menu has great variety. Lots of appetizers, rolls, and kitchen items to choose from. I wish there was a little bit less rice on some of the rolls/sushi, but is as expected. I appreciate that my friends and I could stay here for as long as we could/no time limit, though not needed. Location may be a bit tricky to find -- it is located in the basement of a building.

Quality has decreased over time, but this place is still my family's lunch sushi spot since it's so close to home. Lunch special is now $17 for 3 rolls (including tax). I typically get the spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and salmon avocado. I would not recommend the spicy tuna because it seems be a premixed tuna blend and does not taste fresh. The spicy salmon and salmon avocado are good though. They also have AYCE sushi with weekday vs weekend pricing. Went on a Friday night and there's usually a line out the door. Would recommend coming in early to reserve a place in line.

I've come here a couple times before, and the service and experience have always been good! The salmon is always very fresh, so we mostly stick to salmon sashimi or rolls. My personal favorite is the eel sushi, and it has a good eel to rice ratio! However, the special rolls have a little more rice than I'd like, but I thought the handrolls were good! Overall, it's one of the better AYCE sushi places I've been to!

I hadn't been here since like the early 2000s. Last time I was here, I loved it! So decided after over a decade to come back with my best friend. We ate everything. All the crispy items were cooked to perfection, my soup was amazing! The Korean beef was tender and flavorful. 10 of 10! The service was great. We went around 4PM and it wasn't too crowded but by the time we left there were some larger parties there for dinner. I was happy with their quick service.

I've been coming here for a long time and I am always very satisfied with the food. Very fresh sushi rolls and sashimi. Also a wide variety of appetizers and different rolls to choose from. The volcano roll stood out to me; tastes like a crab rangoon. The service is also good. Very fast and friend

Sushi Palace had been a favorite of mine for years, but I felt that the quality of food had gone down some time ago and I stopped going. Today I decided to give them another shot and was pleased to find that the taste and freshness of their sushi had again improved. Definitely one of the better AYCE spots for $30. My favorite appetizers include the spicy seaweed salad, Shumai, and beef kushi. You can't go wrong with any of their specialty rolls, though I recommend ending with the butterfly roll for something sweet (soo yummy!). Salmon sashimi was thick & fresh. And last but not least, Sushi Palace is BYOB. Great place for a sushi-loving group of friends to share rolls with.

Can you tell I love sushi yet? Went back to the OG sushi spot from my college days with my friend this past Saturday and it did not disappoint. Sushi palace always has and always will have my heart when it comes to their salmon. Their salmon sashimi is ALWAYS fresh and always delicious. The spicy salmon sushi with no crunch is a top contender for number one spot in my sushi loving heart. Best special rolls here would have to be the Butterfly roll - the mango with the lobster combination is just unbeatable Edison roll - although I'm not a huge fan of tuna in sushi this roll always makes me second guess that choice Summer roll - this roll is just fresh and gives that spicy salmon roll an extra punch with the extra toppings I love to cleanse my palette with some California roll/cucumber roll in between all of the fish rolls to just factory reset my taste buds. Don't forget to get your fill of appetizers too! Order the spicy seaweed salad with kani salad (both with no crunch) and mix them together, I promise you will not be disappointed!

We got the lunch AYCE here today and I think it was okay. I appreciated that there were a good amount of vegetarian options but the ingredients didn't taste very fresh. I generally always like peanut avocado rolls so I enjoyed those but otherwise the rest were alright. The sweet potato rolls were too big and tasted a little off. Service was good and they were nice about refilling the green tea frequently. I don't know if I would be back.

This place is fantastic! If you love sushi and you love UNLIMITED, this is the place to be! After you sit down you get a piece of paper to fill out with what selections you'd like. After the first round, you can order again and again. Pro-tip, don't waste your time ordering the basic sushi, go for all of the specialty roles since it's unlimited! The service is good and it's also BYOB which is another plus!

Came here last Friday night for a table of 6- it's a great spot for larger parties! Service is ok but the sushi was great and they have other options as well which makes it even better for people who aren't sushi fans. We all ordered different apps, soups, salads, and then several rolls. Kani salad was good and so was the gyoza. A few of us also ended the evening with a scoop of green tea ice cream! I believe per person it was $29.95 - So worth it!

I decided to try this place after donating at CSL Plasma. The staff: The staff are attentive. Your glasses will never go half empty and they're on top of placing your orders in and giving extra slips. The food: From reading the menu that's placed on the exterior of the restaurant, I thought the rolls and specialty rolls sounded really good. However, upon sitting down and ordering, I realized that the rolls that I planned on ordering for AYCE weren't on the menu. The takeout and AYCE menus are different. I ordered a few of the specialty rolls, regular sushi rolls, sushi pieces and sashimi off the AYCE menu. The service was quick but the food tasted mediocre at best. There was a lot of rice to consume for each roll and sushi piece so don't order too much! Also as a side note: I love Tamago (egg custard) sushi but their Tamago isn't sweet like most places (which is upsetting because it's my favorite thing at sushi places). Unfortunately, I don't think I'd come back here again or recommend a friend. Considering AYCE is priced $28/person, I don't think the quality of food is reciprocated with the price per person. I'd suggest going to Sakana located in New Brunswick. It's similar in price and the quality is much higher.

It's a good chance to try different types of fish and sushi rolls since there's a lot of variety and all the plates cost the same price. It's about $4.10 per plate. The thickness of the fish on the nigiri isn't super thick but it's still delicious. I recommend the garlic skipjack tuna! The flavor and pepper on the tuna is really good. Also as the plates are rotating, you may be at the end of the line, there may not be sushi that you want when it comes around. So a tip is to order the sushi itself on the tablet and the plate will be zoomed to you! (It's the same price). Lastly I would recommend to reserve a table before coming as there may be a wait.

I think the ambiance is interesting enough, and there are some collaborations (eat x amount of plates for a gachapon keychain from y franchise, etc). However, the food is just not good. The sushi is thin and not always super fresh. The rice is mediocre and not well-textured. Keep in mind, this is not a cheap sushi spot. The plates cost around $4 each and usually have only one or two pieces of nigiri. This is a slightly premium price with nowhere near premium quality. None of the flavors are particularly interesting, filling, or well-made. I understand you're paying for the experience. Go if you want to try a conveyor-style sushi with friends, but I wouldn't go if you care about quality sushi.

We had a party of 6 and still had to wait about 25 minutes for a table as the place is pretty small. Right after we sat down we accidentally spilled a glass of water and it took so much effort to flag down a waiter to get some napkins. They didn't even help us clean it up, we could barely mop up what was on spilled on the table because they gave us very little napkins. Then when we asked for more napkins when the food came out the waitress counted it out and gave us exactly 6, one for each person. As for the food, a big disappointment. The tuna was not the bright pink color it normally is and instead had a dark red/purple hue to it, a little concerning. The yellowtail and squid were super chewy. The mackeral was very fishy, which I understand mackeral is on the fishy side for raw fish but I've had it in Japan where is was the exact opposite. Honestly, the only fresh tasting fish was the salmon. The food was slow to come out even though the wait staff was very attentive with grabbing our menu orders. Most likely will not be returning.

Upon entertaining on a weekend evening, there were a few tables with patrons but not too busy. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed with only one person taking orders / bringing food out, making it difficult to flag down this one person to successfully take our order and ask for anything additional throughout the night. Gyudon: for the price, we were really surprised at how small of a portion this was. It was not only in a small bowl, but the meat was layered on top perfectly deceiving you to think that there was more than there actually was. The majority of this dish was rice, and with limited sauce at that. As displayed on the menu images it was to be served with a runny egg, but unfortunately we got a fully cooked one (disappointing, as we were looking for something to mix with the rice!) Sushi: We got a 3 rolls and they were just alright. They were pretty small in size, with less rice than I'm used to (which is something I do like - I would rather more fish than rice!) With us getting spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy scallop - they all kind of tasted the same, so I wish the fish wasn't as heavily masked with spicy mayo. Ramen: I got the black garlic ramen, and it wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. I've purchased fresh ramen packages in the supermarket before and it tasted just like that, so it made me disappointed knowing I could achieve the same at home. The soup itself was extremely rich and fatty, and the charsiu had no flavor whatsoever leaving much to be desired. The main reason I'm rating this so low is upon having my last bites of sushi, I could tell something was off. I don't recall which specifically I had but I made a statement that it was extremely fishy and off putting. Fast forward later that night, I was hunched over the toilet vomiting with stomach pain - and I can deduct that the sushi was the culprit. I might consider trying Ottoyee again due to the great deals they have listed on food delivery apps, but the sushi quality (quite literally) put a bad taste in my mouth.

We also ordered pan fried gyoza and edamame for the table both extremely well executed. A friend said the gyoza was melt in your mouth quality and I felt that was quite accurate. I tried my friend's sweet potato roll which did have seaweed wrap on it but I actually really liked that too! For my meal I got hibachi steak. It was a generous portion and very tasty. I'm not big on mushrooms but I even gobbled those up- so good! I did not expect the amount of food we received, not to mention at the end of the meal there is also soba noodles! I absolutely loved that one of the dishes was tempura soft shell crab.
