As usual, I ordered the smoked duck appetizer, which is always beautifully presented in a smoke-filled dome. Unlike my entree which wasn't hot enough, I wish it had been served colder this time- it was a bit too warm. The miso soup and seaweed salad are always solid, but I actually prefer the spicy versions of both. They add more flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. Desserts are delicious, the sesame ice cream that comes with the bread pudding and cheesecake is some of my favorite- I wish I could buy a pint of it to bring home.
