I have to say for being a brand new place, they have definitely got a solid system in place for high-quality Sushi, absolutely clean and beautiful ambience, and the ultimate unique dining experience. We tried so many dishes from sushi rolls, to hibachi, and appetizers- we were thoroughly impressed with all of them. The fish was extremely fresh and high quality. Rose took exceptional care of us and was helpful with showing us how to navigate the tablet where you put in your choices made to order. We were delighted to come in and receive such a wonderful experience, and we are looking forward to our next! PSA- Make sure you do not plug in "Oishii Sushi" into your maps or you will end up in Windsor like we (almost!) did!

This is truly an all you can eat place! For the lunch special of $22 you cant beat it. The food is decent, not amazing and some of the raw fish does taste a little fishy but it's nothing you can't fix with some soy sauce. Overall, service was great and food arrived quickly. For a quick lunch, it's worth!

Tried this new all you can eat sushi. The service here is very quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and much larger than I anticipated. I was not impressed with the sushi quality but also not surprised since you are getting all you can eat for $30. Definitely all about the quantity here.

Server Rosa was wonderful and attentive. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I haven't tasted this good of sushi and their other dishes in a long time. The atmosphere and decor was upbeat and pleasant. We will definitely be returning. Didn't have time to photograph all of our dishes as we were eating them.

Amazing value for the lunch price at $22!! Even with the long wait since it just opened, service is spectacular. Much better than you would expect for anything ayce. Our server's name was Joseph M. and let me just say, he gave some of the best service I have ever received. He consistently refilled our waters and was very kind to us. He made sure to give us the lunch price because we had sat down a few minutes before the cutoff, which was nice, and you have a 90 minute time limit once you place your first order. As a sushi addict, the sushi was fresh and we were informed that they were Ichiban's sister company (explaining why the hibachi was so tasty). The inside keeps the beautiful sky dome and pillars from when the restaurant was Abuelo's and puts a modern twist on the rest. The bar area wasn't open yet but looked nice as well. I recommend trying to put yourself on the wait-list and spending your time around the area while you wait! Would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning (as you can see I didn't even get many pictures because I was busy eating haha).

The toppings -- marinated egg, green onions, bamboo shoots, kikurage mushrooms, and sesame seeds -- all came together really well. I added soybeans to my bowl. Definitely one of the best ramen bowls I've had in Michigan. I'll be back for sure. Service was quick. And even at 4pm, the place was already packed. My belly was so happy after this meal!

Not really much of an ambiance - it's a very casual place with pretty basic decor. Everyone working there was friendly and our food was brought out to us in a reasonable amount of time. I got the classic tonkotsu ramen and it was really good! The broth was flavorful and complex, the pork was tender, and the egg perfectly jammy. Apparently they make their noodles fresh everyday. The price of a ramen bowl was on par with what I'm used to (~$20 with tax + tip) but the sushi seemed a little pricey. I will have to come back to try it.

Very friendly and fast customer service. And the broth was surprisingly rich compared to other ramen shops I've been to in USA. I also enjoyed texture of the noodles. It's a bit different kind of ramen compared to ones in Japan but it has its own flavor that I enjoyed . Spring rolls are huge with lots of glass noodles , meat and vegetables and fried to perfection. I think the pork topping is something like pork cooked in clock pot , sliced and pan fried to make it crispy outside. It's unique and I didn't dislike it. If I'm around the area again I'd definitely go back.

The birria ramen was interesting, the meat was chunked, not shredded and the broth had flavors of clove or cinnamon- was not expecting that and I did not care for it. As for the Cheeseburger buns with the mayo type sauce we all thought they were horrible. The katsu was good still - yay. I used to crave this place and tell everyone about it when it was New Age Noodles and now I have zero desire to go back since the menu change/ rebranding. Sad. RIP.

When the Korean woman was pouring the soup into the container over the SINK, she dropped the container into the sink and then I saw her scoop up the beef and noodles with her hands back into the container. She then proceeded to just add more soup to the container and pack it up for me. When I confronted her about it, he acted dumb and said it didn't happen. I told her I was waiting on the side where I could see into the kitchen, she said o the content spilled into an empty pot in the sink, but then I pointed out some of the spilled ingredients still in the pool of dirty water in the sink, she still tried to deny it. She wasn't willing to make me a new one, I was adamant about getting a new soup or my money back, she eventually relented and agreed to make me a new soup. I was so upset that I didn't stand in the kitchen to make sure whether or not she just gave me the old container. I got angrier thinking about this on the way home, now I don't feel comfortable dirnking this soup and am throwing it away.

I guess it allows the customer to have some fun and enjoy throwing different topping items into the hot broth. You can decide which items to add/omit based upon your preferences. Note, you don't have to add all the items. Our favorite broth was the Hot & Sour. The pepper salt fish fillet was good and we also enjoyed the cucumber in sauce (cucumber salad). Worth trying at least once. Next time I'm back, I'll try more items on their snack menu side and rice.
