Everything was fresh and delicious! I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, Shitake Mushroom Roll, California Roll, and the Dumpling Soup via Door Dash. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you could tell the place was very clean and well maintained. The sushi tasted super fresh with perfectly balanced flavors, and the dumpling soup was savory and good, I believe the broth was chicken (not beef). The only recommendation, I would switch it to beef for more balance and to be consistent. Overall, great presentation and quality all around, I'll definitely be returning back to try more items on the menu. Very slow service. Came in with two children under 4. Got handed the menus pretty quick but when it came to everything else food even the miso soup. it was pretty slow. I wasn't going to write a review until two younger men came into the store and immediately had a waiter come up to them, take their order very fast, immediately come out with miso soup with their drinks. On the other hand my family had their soup served a little while after finally putting in our order. It was basically one after another we finished our soup and then our food started coming out one by one. Some Korean inspired dishes on the menu. They have fruit and different sake flavors too. This is a popular thing. The house salad is iceberg, how fantastic. The dressing is good at least. The fried jalapeños were yummy, good heat too. The fried spicy chicken noodle isn't bad. The noodles are chewy and nicely fried up. The chicken is good as well. The lobster roll is okay, not my favorite much. The naruto Mayo is definitely not my jam and gave this roll an odd and unpleasant taste for us both. I asked the one waitress for sriracha, nothing. Had the ask the waiter for it. The futomaki is okay. The spicy piston rolls are the better of the 3 different rolls, so glad we got two rolls of them. We've been coming here for years, still my go to place. Always great food and service for a great price.

3 1/2 stars. Our third time here, but for dine in. The onion soup did not have the mushrooms, so they took it and added some. It was good and hot. The Tempura Yum Yum was good, but most of the batter was gone with the ends having most of the batter. But what took me back was the less than half size serving of soft shell crab, $10.95. One side was about three partial legs and no body. The other side was a slight part of the body and more partial legs. It was constructed on the plate like "Bad Bad LeRoy Brown" jig saw puzzle with quite a few pieces missing. I did let the floor know about that. Bibimbap was consistent. This time, the eggs were sunnyside up, a good thing, rather than fried. The rice had a good crisp. The BBB sauce was kinda marginal, so my kid asked for yum yum sauce. A guy behind the sushi counter said something kinda snappy to the server. The server replied back in a calmer tone. A few minutes later, my other kid asked for the same sauce. It was about half the size of a shot glass. I figured out the conversation was to make sure we were charged each 1/2 shot glass of sauce, dollar each. But they both enjoyed the bowls, though. The Tempura Yum Yum was good, but most of the batter was gone with the ends having most of the batter. The Bulgogi Bento was on the spot just as the same as the carryout. All good. Everything that should have batter, had batter and fried perfectly. I almost finished everything. The servers are pretty nice keeping things moving. After thinking we had the one, it's back to carry out and visiting different places. Came here for the first time yesterday and was very happy I did. Service was good, friendly server, and the sushi rolls were great! Everything tasted fresh and I thought the presentation was very cute and thoughtful. I appreciated that. The spicy crab salad was very good and overall I really enjoyed it. It's a small but nice place to grab a bite to eat and I was happy to be in and out for my 30 minute lunch break. Also, I went during the lunch special and it was a good deal to get two sushi rolls for the price of one compared to if you go during dinner. The only thing I disliked is that they charge $1.00 for a small side cup of spicy Mayo. I don't think they should charge for it or should at least only charge 25-50 cents since it's just mayo and sriracha. Anyways, cute spot and I will definitely be back for lunch! read more

First time going for my husband and I. Got hot tea and it was green tea vs. barley tea that you may get at other sushi places. Husband got miso soup; we think it could've used a little more miso? Heads up the tuna in rolls are "mushed" if you will, not whole pieces of fish so if you don't like that texture the tuna rolls won't be for you. Every one of those were fine though. I got the beef bi bim bap. The stone bowl could've been much hotter as the rice never got crispy. The fried egg on top still had a lot of runny egg white so I had to mix quickly to have it cook. Here we meet again, Naruto. This place was the buzz when they had really great deals on rolls. Overtime they decreased it obviously. Decided to come back here because I was hungry and wanted to stay in the area. Wow were they busy. I know a lot of people still comes here but I was just surprised for a Monday night. Anywho, the food. I would always get the fried jalapeño or avocado appetizer here. Honestly I love it. If you like deep fried and stuffed stuff and sauce then it is for you. Did not get it this time though. tried the fried gyoza instead and I thought it was okay. Had better. Easy to eat though. I can explain it. It was just easier to eat compared to other gyozas I had. I forgot how much it was but it's only four pieces. Which it had more filling too. But overall decent. I also tried the sashimi dinner instead of getting rolls and lord! There cuts got bigger! I mean I'm not complaining. Just shock. Cuts like I was in Japan. I never complained about the sashimi here though. I always felt like it was good quality for this type of place. So the sashimi dinner is chefs choice 15 pieces of sashimi. I wish it was all different types of sashimi. Instead I had 3 pieces of each kind they chose, making that 5 different kinds of sashimi. I feel like the most common rolls are the time. I don't know that difference between the dynamite and the tsunami roll. Both has shrimp tempura, deep fried, crab salad on top and spicy mayo. I don't know. I didn't get it anyways. You do get salad and soup when you order a total of $7 or more worth of food. Not sure for takeout but I do know dine in all day. Naruto does a great job at many things - the important things. The food is tremendous and priced well, I come back constantly for my sushi cravings and almost never go somewhere else. The only issue I have with the place is the stale presence of the dining area. They remodeled a while back and it looks great but it just isn't a place that has a bustling crowd making it feel more alive. The salmon tempura was my runner up. It was just the salmon with teriyaki sauce, but that was all it needed. The salad roll was something different and I am glad that I tried it. This roll was huge! The Japanese pickle were a nice compliment to the other vegetables (avocado, cucumber, asparagus, and carrot).I am not the most skilled person in using chopsticks. The salad roll was a bit of a challenge to grasp when using the chopsticks, But I pulled it off. The service was good, and the prices here were better than anticipated. The shushi is good, but this time I got the seafood ramen, it had regular instant noodles and the seafood was soo tiny that you had to literally look for the seafood to see any of it. This time around we saw a cockroach on the wall, it actually came down close to me and I actually killed it with a napkin, I called the waiter over and handed to him and left him know it was a cockroach in it. Please get pest control involve if there is one cockroach there is many more. I really like this place even though ramen will not be what I will be ordering anymore.
