I found it pretty rude since the restaurant was half empty and just because she had the utensils and water out, shouldn't be a big deal. My second issue is that I ordered explicitly with "no wasabi and no green onions". Then, of course my sushi roll came with full of green onions on top. I said "I asked for no green onions" and the server said "but this is already made", expecting me to just accept it as is. My friends all heard me clearly ask when I ordered too. I said firmly that I would like it remade, which then they brought it back and I saw the original server who took the order glare at me and gestured towards me. This was ridiculous treatment. The food was not good either. I tried the Salmon Lover Roll ($17) and Sake Nigiri ($8). The salmon nigiri was a joke because as you can see from the photo it was tearing and falling apart. It was also cut so thick which just felt very unrefined. Thicker fish is good to a degree but it was too extreme and made me think it was due to lack of skill from the sushi chef. The salmon roll was not great either because the salmon skin in the middle was coated so much I just tasted the coating and not the fish anymore.

Ended up trying the oxtail udon, broth was flavorful but a bit greasy, and the oxtail was quite fatty. Meat was tender but still required quite a bit of effort to pull away from the vertebrae. Noodles were cooked well and had a good bounce to them. I don't think I would order this again. My partner enjoyed her dipping udon, but I don't think this spot is for me.
